(d) North Leopard Creek - All those waters in North Leopard Creek upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 34° 45.9918' N - 76° 34.1122' W on the north shore; running southerly to a point 34° 45.8677' N - 76° 34.1308' W on the southern shore.

(e) Thomas Creek - All those waters upstream of a line beginning at a point 34° 46.5798’ N - 76° 37.0925’ W on the north shore; running southwesterly to a point 34° 46.5363’ N - 76° 37.0992’ W on the south shore.

(f) Fulchers Bay - All those waters in Fulchers Bay west of a straight line beginning at a point 34° 45.9607’ N - 76° 37.2193’ W on the northeast shore; running southwesterly to a point 34° 45.7934’ N - 76° 37.3407’ W on the southwest shore.

(g) Sunrise Drive Canal – All those waters upstream of a straight line across the mouth of the canal north of Sunrise Drive beginning at a point 34° 45.5791’ N - 76° 37.1561’ W on the north shore; running southerly to a point 34° 45.5670’ N - 76° 37.1589’ W on the south shore.

(h) Jackson Road Canal – All those waters upstream of a straight line across the mouth of the canal south of Jackson Road beginning at a point 34° 45.5242’ N - 76° 37.1337’ W on the north shore; running southerly to a point 34° 45.5031’ N - 76° 37.1299’ W on the south shore.

(i) River Road Canal - All those waters upstream of a straight line across the mouth of the canal north of River Road beginning at a point 34° 46.0117’ N - 76° 37.1833’ W on the north shore; running southerly to a point 34° 45.9871’ N - 76° 37.1891’ W on the south shore.

(j) Cow Pen Creek - All those waters in Cow Pen (Newby) Creek upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 34° 44.8568’ N - 76° 37.2873’ W on the north shore; running southerly to a point 34° 44.4581’ N - 76° 37.3826’ W on the shore south of Cow Pen Creek.

(l) Merrimon Road Canal – All those waters upstream of a straight line across the mouth of the canal near Isiah Murray Drive beginning at a point 34° 48.0732' N - 76° 37.2676' W on the north shore; running southerly to a point 34° 48.0639' N - 76° 37.2670' W on the south shore.

(m) Crabbing Creek – All those waters in Crabbing Creek upstream of a straight line across the mouth, beginning at a point 34° 47.9504' N - 76° 37.3425' W on the north shore; running southeasterly to a point 34° 47.9245' N - 76° 37.3088’ W on the south shore.

(n) Lynch Creek – All those waters in Lynch Creek upstream of a straight line across the mouth, beginning at a point 34° 47.5719' N - 76° 37.1639' W on the north shore; running southeasterly to a point 34° 47.4493' N - 76° 37.1040' W on the south shore.
