(a) Oriental Area – All those waters upstream of a line beginning at a point 35° 01.0744’ N -76° 42.1550’ W on the west shore near Windmill Point; running northeasterly to a point 35° 01.6684’ N - 76° 40.8829’ W on the east shore near Whittaker Point, to include Greens Creek, Kershaw Creek, Smith Creek, Camp Creek, Oriental Harbor and Whittaker Creek.

(b) Pierce Creek – All those waters in Pierce Creek upstream of a straight line across the mouth of the creek beginning at a point 35° 02.4581' N - 76° 39.7271' W on the north shore; running southwesterly across the creek to a point 35° 02.3269' N - 76° 39.7882' W on the shore south of the creek.

(c) Orchard Creek – All those waters in Orchard Creek upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 35° 03.4756' N - 76° 38.2818' W on the north shore; running southwesterly to a point 35° 03.2032' N - 76° 38.4565' W on the south shore.

(d) Broad and Brown Creek Area – All those waters in Broad and Brown Creeks upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 35° 05.8637’ N - 76° 35.9192’ W on the north shore near Dowdy Point; running southerly to a point 35° 05.4642’ N - 76° 36.0674’ W on the south shore near the mouth of Mill Creek, to include Burton Creek, Pittman Creek and the River Dunes Marina Basin.

(21) NEUSE RIVER AREA (Map 21)

(a) Neuse River – All those waters in the Neuse River upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 34° 59.5697' N - 76° 45.3292' W on the north shore approximately 150 yards east of the mouth of Dawson Creek at Janeiro; running southeasterly across the Neuse River to a point 34° 57.2754' N - 76° 42.4146' W on the south shore near Great Neck Point.

(22) CORE CREEK/MERRIMON – SOUTH RIVER AREA (Map 22)

(a) South River – All those waters in South River upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 34° 56.3020’ N - 76° 33.5335’ W on the west shore; running easterly to a point 34° 56.3947’ N - 76° 32.8896’ W on the east shore, to include all of Eastman Creek, Royal Creek, and Little Creek.

(b) Big Creek – All those waters in Big Creek upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 34° 57.0943’ N - 76° 35.1631’ W on the north shore; running southerly to a point 34° 56.9177’ N - 76° 35.0682’ W on the south shore.

(c) Hardy Creek – All those waters in Hardy Creek upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 34° 58.1361’ N - 76° 35.3438’ W on the north shore; running southerly to a point 34° 57.8750’ N - 76° 35.3579’ W on the south shore.

(d) Dumpling Creek – All those waters in Dumpling Creek upstream of a straight line across the mouth beginning at a point 34° 56.9198’ N - 76° 39.5480’ W on the north shore; running southerly to a point 34° 56.8446’ N - 76° 39.5129’ W on the south shore.

(e) Core Creek / Adams Creek Area – All those waters bounded on the south by a line beginning at a point 34° 47.0203’ N - 76° 41.2452’ W on the west shore of Core Creek; running easterly to a point 34° 47.0367’ N - 76° 41.0698’ W on the east shore of Core
Creek; and bounded on the north by a line beginning at a point 34° 54.8190’ N - 76° 39.9669’ W on the west shore of Adams Creek; running easterly to a point 34° 54.8142’ N - 76° 39.5643’ W on the east shore of Adams Creek.

(f) Kearney Creek Area – All those waters west of a line beginning at a point 34° 55.2293’ N - 76° 39.9310’ W on the west shore of Adams Creek; running southerly to a point 34° 54.8190’ N - 76° 39.9669’ W on the shore south of Kearney Creek, to include Kearny Creek and all other creeks and tributaries.

(g) Jonaquin Creek - All those waters in Jonaquin Creek upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 34° 56.1102' N - 76° 38.5261' W on the west shore; running easterly to a point 34° 56.1095' N - 76° 38.4484' W on the east shore.

(h) Godfrey Creek – All those waters in Godfrey Creek upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 34° 57.3355' N - 76° 41.1190' W on the north shore; running southerly to a point 34° 57.2436' N - 76° 41.1195' W on the south shore.

(i) Delamar Creek – All those waters in Delamar Creek upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 34° 57.0575' N - 76° 40.7324' W on the north shore; running southerly to a point 34° 57.0186' N - 76° 40.6933' W on the south shore.

(j) Kellum Creek – All those waters in Kellum Creek upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 34° 55.4899' N - 76° 39.8506' W on the north shore; running southerly to a point 34° 55.4324' N - 76° 39.8276' W on the south shore.

(k) Cedar Creek – All those waters in Cedar Creek upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 34° 55.7868' N - 76° 38.6165' W on the west shore; running easterly to a point 34° 55.7725' N - 76° 38.4876' W on the east shore.
