(b) North Creek – All those waters in North Creek upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 35° 25.4019’ N - 76° 40.0491’ W on the west shore; running northeasterly to a point 35° 25.5443’ N - 76° 39.6975’ W on the east shore.

(c) East Fork, Ross Creek and Bailey Creek – All those waters in East Fork northeast of a line beginning on the west shore at a point 35° 25.8000’ N - 76° 39.2679’ W; running southeasterly to a point 35° 25.6914’ N - 76° 39.1374’ W on the east shore of East Fork, to include all of Ross Creek and Bailey Creek.

(17) PAMLICO RIVER AREA (Map 17)

(a) Pamlico River Area – All those waters in Pamlico River and its tributaries upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 35° 25.0136’ N - 76° 40.4072’ W on the north shore at Cousin Point; running southerly to a point 35° 21.7360’ N - 76° 41.6060’ W on the south shore at Hickory Point.

(18) SOUTH CREEK AREA (Map 18)

(a) South Creek – All those waters in South Creek upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 35° 21.7360’ N - 76° 41.6060’ W on the north shore at Hickory Point; running southeasterly to a point 35° 20.9588’ N - 76° 40.9837’ W on the south shore at Reed Point.

(19) BAY RIVER AREA (Map 19)

(a) Bay River - All those waters in Bay River upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 35° 09.5475' N - 76° 40.8311' W on the north shore near Harper Point; running southeasterly to a point 35° 08.9667' N - 76° 40.1986' W on the south shore, to include all of Moore Creek.

(b) Vandemere Area – All those waters upstream of a line beginning at a point 35° 10.2319' N - 76° 40.2789' W on the west shore of Bay River near Poorhouse Point; running northeasterly to a point 35° 11.0930' N - 76° 39.3130' W on the north shore of Bay River near Darby Point, to include all of Smith Creek and Vandemere Creek.

(c) Bear Creek - All those waters in Bear Creek upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 35° 12.0487' N - 76° 36.8736' W on the north shore; running southerly to a point 35° 11.8815' N - 76° 36.8615' W on the south shore.

(d) Gale Creek – All those waters in Gale Creek upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 35° 12.9716’ N - 76° 35.8387’ W on the north shore; running southwesterly to a point 35° 12.8883’ N - 76° 35.9290’ W on the south shore.

(e) Hobucken Area – Bill’s Creek -All those waters in Bill's Creek upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 35° 14.4597' N - 76° 34.8157' W on the west shore; running easterly to a point 35° 14.4494' N - 76° 34.7226' W on the east shore.

(f) Jones Bay – All those waters of Jones Bay and the IWW bounded on the south and east by a straight line beginning at a point 35° 14.3951'N - 76° 35.4245'W on the western shore of the IWW; running northeasterly to a point 35° 14.4884'N - 76° 35.3579'W on the eastern shore of the IWW, and; bounded on the north by a straight line beginning at a point 35° 14.7346' N - 76° 35.5117' W on the western shore of the IWW; running easterly to a point 35° 14.7465' N - 76° 35.4669' W on the eastern shore of the IWW near the footings of the old bridge.

(g) Ball Creek- All those waters in Ball Creek southwest of a straight line beginning at a point 35° 09.6241' N - 76° 38.0263' W on the north shore near Cedar Point; running southeasterly to a point 35° 09.4646' N - 76° 37.7023' W on the south shore, to include all of Pasture Creek.

(h) Newton Creek- All those waters in Newton Creek upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 35° 09.9101' N -76° 40.7625' W on the west shore; running easterly to a point 35° 09.9163' N - 76° 40.7444' W on the east shore.
