(a) Swanquarter Bay Area – All those waters bounded by a line beginning at a point 35° 24.3910’ N - 76° 20.7653’ W on the north shore; running southeasterly to a point 35° 23.8991’ N - 76° 20.5034 ’ W near Channel Marker “8”; running southeasterly to a point 35° 23.5159’ N - 76° 20.0091’ W on the shore north of the Ferry Basin and Canal.

(b) Rose Bay - All those waters in Rose Bay upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 35° 26.5279' N - 76° 25.3203' W on the west shore; running easterly to a point 35° 26.6113' N - 76° 24.8403' on the east shore.

(c) Oyster Creek – All those waters in Oyster Creek upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 35° 23.1245’ N - 76° 18.9958’ W on the north shore; running southerly to a point 35° 23.0117’ N - 76° 18.9581’ W on the south shore.

(d) Germantown Bay Area – All those waters upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 35° 24.8374’ N - 76° 27.2613’ W on the west shore; running easterly near Beacon “7” to a point 35° 24.7295’ N - 76° 26.9075’ W on the east shore.

(e) Swanquarter Ferry Basin and Canal – All those waters in the Swanquarter Ferry Basin and Canal beginning at a point 35° 23.5159’ N - 76° 20.0091’ W on the shore northwest of the Ferry Basin Canal; running southeasterly to a point 35° 23.4729’ N - 76° 19.9622’ W on the southeast shore.

(f) Swanquarter Bay – All those waters in Swanquarter Bay upstream of a line beginning at a point 35° 24.5724’ N - 76° 21.0885’ W on the west shore; running easterly to a point 35° 24.5747’ N - 76° 20.9446’ W on the east shore.

(14) PUNGO RIVER AREAS (Map 14)

(a) Jordan Creek – All those waters in Jordan Creek upstream of a line beginning at a point 35° 27.3589’ N - 76° 36.4293’ W on the southwest shore; running northeasterly to a point 35° 27.4490’ N - 76° 36.3077’ W; running northerly to a point 35° 27.7203' N - 76° 36.2171' W on the northeast shore.

(b) Pungo River – All those waters in the Pungo River upstream of a line beginning at a point 35° 30.3629' N - 76° 37.7516' W on the western shore; running easterly across the river to a point 35° 30.5046' N - 76° 35.1606' W on the eastern shore near Durants Point, to include Pungo Creek and Pantego Creek.

(c) Slade Creek – All those waters in Slade Creek upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 35° 28.6460' N - 76° 31.9206' W on the north shore; running easterly across the mouth of Neal Creek to a point 35° 28.6084' N - 76° 31.6962' W; running southerly across Slade Creek to a point 35° 28.3877' N - 76° 31.7073' W on the south shore.

(d) Fortescue Creek - All those waters within Fortescue Creek upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 35° 25.7741' N - 76° 30.7827' W on the north shore; running southwesterly to a point 35° 25.6333' N - 76° 30.9118' W on the south shore.

(15) WRIGHT AND OYSTER CREEKS (Map 15)

(a) Oyster Creek – All those waters in Oyster Creek upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 35° 19.2875’ N - 76° 33.4988’ W on the north shore; running southerly to a point 35° 19.1383’ N - 76° 33.4835’ W on the south shore.

(b) Wright Creek – All those waters in Wright Creek upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 35° 24.8634' N - 76° 35.4188' W on the west shore; running southeasterly to a point 35° 24.8006' N - 76° 35.3105' W on the east shore.

(c) Satterthwaite Creek - All those waters in Satterthwaite Creek upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 35° 25.4503’ N – 76° 35 6584’ W on the north shore; running southwesterly to a point 35° 25.3686’ N – 76° 35.7462’ W on the east shore.

(d) Lowland Canal #1- All those waters upstream of a straight line across the mouth beginning at a point 35° 19.7543' N - 76° 36.1580' W on the north shore; running southwesterly to a point 35° 19.7385' N - 76° 36.1711' W on the south shore.

(e) Lowland Canal #2- All those waters upstream of a straight line across the mouth beginning at a point 35° 19.7979' N - 76° 36.0971' W on the west shore; running easterly to a point 35° 19.7972' N - 76° 36.0792' W on the east shore.

(f) Lowland Canal #3- All those waters upstream of a straight line across the mouth beginning at a point 35° 19.8240' N - 76° 36.0023' W on the west shore; running northeasterly to a point 35° 19.8311' N - 76° 35.9888' W on the east shore.
