(a) Goose Creek – All those waters in Goose Creek upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 34° 41.8408’ N - 77° 00.7144’ W on the west shore; running easterly to a point 34° 41.7980’ N - 77° 00.4954’ W on the east shore.

(b) Hunting Island Creek Area – All those waters in Hunting Island Creek upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 34° 41.2003’ N - 77° 02.6290’ W on the west shore; running easterly to a point 34° 41.1136’ N - 77° 02.3261’ W on the east shore.

(c) Island Harbor Marina – All those waters within Island Harbor Marina and extending beyond the dockage facilities 200 feet beginning at a point 34° 40.1101'N - 77° 02.8218'W on the shore west of the marina; running northerly to a point 34° 40.1881'N -77° 02.8488'W in the sound; running easterly to a point 34° 40.2315'N - 77° 02.6659'W in the sound; running southerly to a point 34° 40.1603'N - 77° 02.6412'W on the shore east of the marina.

(d) Old Ferry Dock at Cape Carteret – All those waters within the Old Ferry Dock at Cape Carteret beginning at a point 34° 41.1742’ N - 77° 03.0462’ W on the west shore; running southeasterly to a point 34° 41.1476’ N - 77° 03.0135’ W; running northeasterly to a point 34° 41.1885’ N -7 7° 02.9498’ W on the shore east of the Old Ferry Dock.

(e) Bogue Sound Yacht Club – Bogue Sound Yacht Club – All those waters within the marina at Bogue Sound Yacht Club and extending beyond the dockage facilities 325 feet beginning at a point 34° 42.5422’ N - 76° 57.6669’ W on the shore west of the basin entrance canal; running easterly to a point 34° 42.5418’ N - 76° 57.6460’ W; running northerly to a point 34° 42.5517’ N - 76° 57.6458’ W on the shore east of the basin entrance canal.

(f) Cedar Point Villas Marina / Waterway RV Park Basin – All those waters within Cedar Point Villas Marina and Waterway RV Park Basin and extending beyond the dockage facilities 400 feet beginning at a point 34° 40.4088’ N - 77° 5.3843’ W on the shore west of the marina; running southeasterly to a point 34° 40.3372’ N - 77° 05.3521’ W; running northeasterly to a point 34° 40.4020’ N - 77° 05.1415’ W; running northwesterly to a point 34° 40.4972’ N - 77° 05.1844’ W on the shore northeast of Waterway RV Park.

(g) Dolphin Street Park Dockage at Cape Carteret – All those waters within the dockage facilities at Cape Carteret located between Manatee Street and Dolphin Street and extending beyond the dockage facilities 200 feet beginning at a point 34° 40.8062’ N -77° 03.9010’ W on the shore west of the basin entrance; running easterly to a point 34° 40.8132’ N - 77° 03.8702’ W on the shore east of the basin entrance.

(h) Bayshore Park Dockage at Cape Carteret- All those waters within the dockage facilities at Cape Carteret located between Youpon Street and Neptune Street and extending beyond the dockage facilities 200 feet beginning at a 34° 40.8008' N - 77° 03.6018' W on the shore west of the basin; running easterly to a point 34° 40.7997' N -77° 03.5342' W in the sound; running northerly to a point 34° 40.8265' N - 77° 03.5336' W on the shore east of the basin.

(i) Archers Creek - All those waters in Archers Creek bounded on the north by a straight line beginning at a point 34° 39.9421’ N - 77° 03.4946’ W on the west shore; running easterly to a point 34° 39.9425’ N - 77° 03.4908’ W on the east shore; and bounded on the east by a straight line beginning at a point 34° 40.4722’ N - 77° 00.7584’ W on the north shore; running southerly to a point 34° 40.3553’ N - 77° 00.7816’ W on the south shore.

(j) Sanders Creek – All those waters in Sanders Creek upstream of a straight line (near the Primary Nursery Area Line) beginning at a point 34° 42.4694’ N - 76° 58.3754’ W on the west shore; running easterly to a point 34° 42.4903’ N - 76° 58.1430’ W on the east shore.

(k) Deer Creek – All those waters in Deer Creek upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 34° 41.0449’ N - 77° 03.3250’ W on the west shore; running northeasterly to a point 34° 41.1826’ N - 77° 03.1071’ W on the east shore.

(l) Cannonsgate Marina – All those waters within Cannonsgate Marina beginning at a point 34° 42.0969’ N -76° 58.9131’ W on the west shore of the entrance canal; running easterly to a point 34° 42.0992’ N -76° 58.8754’ W on the east shore of the entrance canal.

(m) Bogue Sound Drive Canal - All those waters within the canal adjacent to Bogue Sound Drive in Emerald Isle bounded in the west by a line beginning at a point 34° 40.4790’ N - 76° 59.2175’ W on Bogue Banks; running easterly across the canal to a point 34° 40.4825’ N - 76° 59.2010’ W on the marsh island; and bounded in the east be a line beginning at a point 34° 40.5518’ N - 76° 58.6621’ W on the marsh island; running easterly across the canal to a point 34° 40.5506’ N - 76° 58.6512’ W on Bogue Banks.
