(a) Town Creek – All those waters enclosed by a line beginning at a point 34° 44.2009’ N -76° 40.0289’ W approximately 500 yards northeast of Gallant Point; running westerly approximately 850 yards to a point 34° 44.1592’ N - 76° 40.5181’ W near Green Marker “7”; running southeasterly approximately 1800 yards to a point 34° 43.3553’ N - 76° 40.2064’ W at the west end of the draw bridge over Gallant Channel; running east along the bridge to the Beaufort mainland, then following the shoreline of Town Creek back to the point of beginning.

(b) Newport River Area / Calico Bay / Calico Creek / Crab Point Thorofare Area – Beginning at a point 34° 44.2879’ N - 76° 42.4376’ W on the west side of Crab Point Thorofare; running easterly to a point 34° 44.2515’ N - 76° 42.2720’ W on the east side of Crab Point Thorofare on the Haystacks Marsh; running southerly following the shoreline, crossing mouths of creeks to the southernmost point of the Haystacks Marshes at 34° 43.8594’ N - 76° 41.6525’ W; running easterly across the IWW to the southern tip of Phillips Island at a point 34° 43.7680’ N - 76° 41.3084’ W; running southerly to a point 34° 43.4193’ N - 76° 41.1750’ W on the east side of the spoil island; running along the shoreline to a point 34° 43.2848’ N - 76° 41.2249’ W on the east end of the Newport River High Rise Bridge; running westerly along the bridge to a point 34° 43.2577’ N - 76° 41.6844’ W on the Morehead City mainland at the State Port; running northerly along the shoreline of the yacht basin, Calico Creek and Willis Creek back to the point of beginning.

(c) Newport River - All those waters in Newport River upstream of a line beginning at a point 34° 46.0253’ N - 76° 45.0627’ W on the northwest shore; running southeasterly to a point 34° 45.6646’ N - 76° 44.0603’ W on the southeast shore near Lawton Point.

(d) Harlowe Creek - All those waters in Harlowe Creek upstream of a line beginning at a point 34° 46.6935’ N - 76° 43.4719 ’ W on the west shore; running easterly to a point 34° 46.6843’ N - 76° 42.9301’ W on the east shore.

(e) Core Creek Area - All those waters bounded on the south by a line beginning at a point 34° 47.0203’ N - 76° 41.2452’ W on the west shore; running easterly to a point 34° 47.0367’ N - 76° 41.0698’ W on the east shore.

(f) Gable Creek - All those waters in Gable Creek upstream of a line beginning at a point 34° 44.3052’ N - 76° 39.9288’ W on the southwest shore; running northeasterly to a point 34° 44.4847’ N - 76° 39.6329’ W on the northeast shore.

(g) Wading Creek - All those waters upstream of a line beginning at a point 34° 45.1380' N - 76° 39.5728' W on the north shore, running southwesterly to a point 34° 45.0433' N - 76° 39.7203' W; running southerly to a point 34° 44.9009' N - 76° 39.7223' W; running southeasterly to a point 34° 44.7747' N - 76° 39.5168' W on the south shore, to include all of Wading Creek.

(h) Russell Creek - All those waters upstream of a line beginning at a point 34° 45.5565' N - 76° 39.8862' W on the north shore, running southeasterly to a point 34° 45.4718' N - 76° 39.8096' W on the south shore, to include all of Russell Creek.

(i) Deerfield Shores Marina (Morehead/Beaufort Yacht Club) – All those waters in the marina at Deerfield Shores and extending beyond the entrance canal beginning at a point 34° 46.0165’ N - 76° 40.3889’ W on the shore west of the entrance canal; running southwesterly to a point 34° 45.9896’ N - 76° 40.4156’ W; running southeasterly to a point 34° 45.9644’ N - 76° 40.3711’ W; running northeasterly to a point 34° 45.9922’ N -76° 40.3449’ W on the shore east of the entrance canal.

(j) Oyster Creek - All those waters upstream of a line beginning at a point 34° 46.6491’ N – 76° 42.4808’ W on the west shore; running northeasterly to a point 34° 46.6954’ N – 76° 42.3159’ W on the east shore.

(k) Ware Creek - All those waters in Ware Creek upstream of a line beginning at a point 34° 46.5218’ N - 76° 40.6590’ W on the north shore; running southerly to a point 34° 46.2251’ N - 76° 40.5919’ W on the south shore.

(31) MOREHEAD CITY AREA (Map 31)

(a) Morehead City Area – All those waters enclosed by a line beginning at a point 34° 43.1393’ N - 76° 43.4641’ W on the mainland near the Morehead City waterfront; running southerly to a point 34° 42.8836’ N - 76° 43.4849’ W; running southeasterly to a point 34° 42.4864’ N - 76° 42.2127’ W on the northwest end of Brandt Island; running northeasterly following the shoreline to a point at 34° 42.1934’ N - 76° 41.3681’ W; thence across the creek running southeasterly to a point at 34° 42.1804’ N - 76° 41.3526’ W; running southeasterly following the shoreline of Fort Macon to a point at 34° 41.9829’ N - 76° 40.8175’ W on Fort Macon; running northerly to a point 34° 42.3724’ N - 76° 40.8005’ W on Radio Island; running northwesterly following the western shoreline of Radio Island to a point 34° 43.2848’ N - 76° 41.2249’ W at the east end of the Newport River High Rise Bridge; running westerly to a point 34° 43.2577’ N - 76° 41.6844’ W on the Morehead City mainland at the State Port; thence following the shoreline back to the point of beginning.

(b) Spooners Creek Area – All the waters within Spooners Creek beginning at a point 34° 43.5064’ N - 76° 48.3627’ W on the shore west of the creek; running southerly to a point 34° 43.3834’ N - 76° 48.3659’ W; running easterly to a point 34° 43.3694’ N - 76° 47.9910’ W; running northerly to a point 34° 43.5178’ N - 76° 47.9870’ W on the shore east of the creek.

(c) Peletier Creek Area – All the waters within Peletier Creek beginning at a point 34° 43.5145’ N - 76° 47.1215’ W on the shore west of the creek; running southerly to a point 34° 43.3415’ N - 76° 47.1253’ W; running easterly to a point 34° 43.3280’ N - 76° 46.6337’ W; running northerly to a point 34° 43.4763’ N - 76° 46.6299’ W on the shore east of the creek.

(d) Atlantic Beach Area - Money Island Bay Area – All those waters south and west of a line beginning at a point 34° 42.6627’ N - 76° 44.1884’ W on the south end of the Atlantic Beach High Rise Bridge; running southeasterly to a point 34° 42.1489’ N - 76° 43.2623’ W on the eastern end of Money Island Bay near 8 ½ Marina. This includes all of Money Island Bay, Causeway Canal, West Canal, Central Canal, East Canal, Money Island Slough, Anchorage Marina and 8 ½ Marina.

(e) Atlantic Beach Area - Moonlight Bay Area -All those waters upstream of a line beginning at a point 34° 42.7229’ N - 76° 44.4793’ W on the west shore; running easterly to a point 34° 42.6804’ N - 76° 44.2282’ W on the west side of the south end of the Atlantic Beach High Rise Bridge.

(f) Atlantic Beach Area - Fish-N-Lake / Pond Drive Area – All those waters upstream of a line beginning at a point on marsh at 34º 42.6670' N - 76º 44.8422' W; running easterly across the mouth of the canal to a point 34º 42.6791' N - 76º 44.7440' W on the east shore; to include all waters in Fish-N-Lake.

(g) Hoop Pole Creek – All those waters in Hoop Pole Creek upstream of a line beginning at a point 34° 42.1465’ N - 76° 46.1560’ W on the west shore; running easterly to a point 34° 42.1558’ N - 76° 46.1146’ W on the marsh island; running northerly following the shoreline of the marsh island to a point 34° 42.1533’ N - 76° 45.9362’ W; running easterly to a point 34° 42.1521’ N - 76° 45.9084’ W on the east shore.

(h) McClamrock Slough - All those waters upstream from a straight line across the mouth of the McClamrock Slough beginning at a point 34° 42.2502’ N - 76° 42.7640’ W on the west shore; running easterly to a point 34° 42.2541’ N - 76° 42.7306’ W on the east shore.

(i) Triple S Marina - All those waters upstream from a straight line across the mouth of Triple S Marina beginning at a point 34° 42.2080’ N - 76° 42.6701’ W on the west shore; running easterly to a point 34º 42.2087' N - 76º 42.6480' W on the east shore.

(j) Bogue Pines Boat Basin - All those waters within the boat basin at Bogue Pines and extending beyond the dockage facilities 200 feet beginning at a point 34° 42.2346’ N –76° 47.7094’ W on the western shore; running northeasterly to a point 34° 42.2454’ N –76° 47.6594’ W on the eastern shore.

(k) Hoop Pole Creek Area - All those waters in the Hoop Pole Creek area upstream of a line beginning on a point of marsh at 34°42.4519’ N - 76°45.1967’ W; running southeasterly across the bay to a point of marsh at 34°42.4429’ N - 76°45.1829’ W; running southeasterly following the shoreline to a point at 34°42.4069’ N - 76°45.1285’ W; running southeasterly across the creek to a point 34°42.3984’ N - 76°45.1098’ W on the eastern shore.
