(b) Coats Landing Harbor (Rush Creek) and Harkers Village Marina – All those waters in the Coats Landing Harbor (Rush Creek) and Harkers Village Marina upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 34° 42.3227’ N - 76° 35.0586’ W on the north shore; running southwesterly to a point 34° 42.2400’ N - 76° 35.0864’ W on the south shore.

(c) Harkers Island Fishing Center – All those waters within Harkers Island Fishing center and extending beyond the dockage facilities 175 feet beginning at a point 34° 41.6181’ N - 76° 33.6419’ W on the shore west of the marina; running southerly to a point 34° 41.5356’ N - 76° 33.6644’ W; running easterly to a point 34° 41.5153’ N - 76° 33.5350’ W; running northerly to a point 34° 41.5978’ N - 76° 33.5125’ W on the shore east of the marina.

(d) Barbours Harbor Marina – All those waters within Barbours Harbor Marina and extending beyond the dockage facilities 150 feet beginning at a point 34° 41.3646’ N -76° 32.6534’ W on the shore west of the marina; running southerly to a point 34° 41.3056’ N - 76° 32.6624’ W; running easterly to a point 34° 41.2997’ N - 76° 32.5831’ W; running northerly to a point 34° 41.3587’ N - 76° 32.5741’ W on the shore east of the marina.

(e) Calico Jacks Marina – All those waters within Calico Jacks Marina and extending beyond the dockage facilities 150 feet beginning at a point 34° 41.1675' N - 76° 31.9303' W on the shore west of the marina; running southwesterly to a point 34° 41.1101' N - 76° 31.9565' W in the sound; running southeasterly to a point 34° 41.0786' N - 76° 31.8554' W in the sound; running northeasterly to a point 34° 41.1311' N - 76° 31.8315' W on the shore east of the marina.

(f) National Park Service Boat Basin - All those waters within 200 feet of the last dockage space in the Park Service Boat Basin at Shell Point beginning at a point 34° 41.1132' N -76° 31.5476' W on the northern shore of the basin entrance; running southeasterly to a point 34° 41.1022' N - 76° 31.5251' W in the sound; running southwesterly to a point 34° 41.0665' N - 76° 31.5524' W in the sound; running northwesterly to a point 34° 41.0744' N - 76° 31.5665' W on the shore south of the basin entrance.

(g) Ervins Marina – All those waters within Ervins Marina and extending beyond the dockage facilities 275 feet beginning at a point 34° 41.8854’ N - 76° 32.8179’ W on west shore; running easterly to a point 34° 41.8825’ N - 76° 32.8101’ W on the east shore.

(h) L.R. Rose Boatworks – All those waters within L.R. Rose Boatworks and extending beyond the dockage facilities 200 feet beginning at a point 34° 41.9132’ N - 76° 32.8452’ W on west shore; running easterly to a point 34° 41.9100’ N - 76° 32.8276’ W on the east shore.

(i) Harker’s Island Boating Club / Bayview Marina - All those waters within the Harker’s Island Boating Club and Bayview Marina basin and extending beyond the dockage facilities 325 feet beginning at a point 34° 41.8271' N - 76° 33.0533' W on the west shore of the canal; running southeasterly to a point 34° 41.8234' N - 76° 33.0446' W on the east shore of the canal.

(j) East Bay Boatworks / Garners Marina – All those waters within the basin at East Bay Boatworks and Garners Marina and extending beyond the dockage facilities 275 feet beginning at a point 34° 42.0552’ N - 76° 33.5294’ W on the shore west of the basin; running northerly to a point 34° 42.1069’ N - 76° 33.5130’ W; running easterly to a point 34° 42.1025’ N - 76° 33.4886’ W.

(k) Jane’s Creek / Harker’s Island Canals – All those waters bordered on the west by a line beginning at a point 34° 42.7951' N - 76° 34.7092' W on the shore; running easterly to a point 34° 42.7899' N - 76° 34.6364' W on the shore; and bordered on the east by a line beginning at a point 34° 42.3365' N - 76° 33.8333' W on the shore; running easterly to a point 34° 42.3223' N - 76° 33.7442' W on marsh; running southwesterly to a point 34° 42.1180' N - 76° 33.8498' W on Harkers Island; to include the canals both north and south of Jennifer Drive and Westmouth Bay Drive.

(l) Marshallberg Boat Harbor - All those waters within the Marshallberg Boat Harbor and extending beyond the dockage facility 325 feet beginning at a point 34° 43.3589’ N - 76° 31.3116’ W on the shoreline northwest of the boat basin near the mouth of Sleepy Creek; running southwesterly to a point 34° 43.2999’ N - 76° 31.3343’ W; running southeasterly to a point 34° 43.2676’ N - 76° 31.2799’ W on the shoreline south of the boat basin.

(m) Straits Canal (Between Whitehurst Drive and Straits Point Road) - All those waters in the canal upstream of a line beginning at a point 34° 43.4242’ N – 76° 33.9246’ W on the west shore; running easterly to a point 34° 43.4113’ N – 76° 33.8955’ W on the east shore.

(n) Gaskill Creek - All those waters in Gaskill Creek upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 34° 43.3526’ N - 76° 34.1691’ W on the west shore; thence to a point 34° 43.3587’ N - 76° 34.1442’ W on the east shore.

(o) Stewart Drive- All those waters within the canal west of Stewart Drive upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 34° 43.4819' N - 76° 33.5022' W on the north shore; running southerly to a point 34° 43.4699' N - 76° 33.5054' W on the south shore.

(p) Railway Landing Basin- All those waters within the Railway Landing Basin upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 34° 43.3770' N - 76° 31.8659' W on the west shore; running easterly to a point 34° 43.3758' N -76° 31.8542' W on the east shore.

(q) Brown’s Island - All those waters within a boundary beginning at a point 34° 42.4905' N - 76° 32.7312' W on the northwestern shore of Brown’s Island; running westerly approximately 250 yards to a point 34° 42.4773' N - 76° 32.8795' W in the sound; running southerly to a point 34° 42.3074' N - 76° 32.8415' W on the western shore of Brown’s Island; running southerly, then easterly and northeasterly following the shoreline across all creek mouths to a point 34° 42.1637' N - 76° 31.2370' W on the eastern shore of Brown’s Island; to include all the marshes and waters of southern Brown’s Island.

(r) Sleepy Creek – All those waters in Sleepy Creek upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 34° 43.9422' N - 76° 31.5995' W on the west shore; running easterly to a point 34° 43.9621' N - 76° 31.5389' W on the east shore.
