(a) Drum Inlet Marina Area – All those waters in Drum Inlet Marina and extending beyond the dockage facilities 275 feet beginning at a point 34° 52.6260’ N - 76° 20.7076’ W on the shore southwest of the marina; running easterly to a point 34° 52.6234’ N - 76° 20.6289’ W; running northerly to a point 34° 52.6761’ N - 76° 20.6324’ W on the shore northeast of the marina.

(b) Luther Smith and Son’s Fish House – All those waters within the harbor at Luther Smith and Son’s Fish House at Atlantic beginning at a point 34° 52.7371’ N - 76° 20.4221’ W; running northeasterly to a point 34° 52.7429’ N - 76° 20.4148’ W.

(c) Atlantic Harbor Area / Clayton Fulcher’s Fish House – All those waters north and west of a straight line beginning at a point 34° 53.0291’ N - 76° 19.9354’ W on the shore south of Atlantic Harbor; running southwesterly to a point 34° 52.8895’ N - 76° 20.2153’ W on the shore west of Clayton Fulcher’s Fish House.

(d) Cedar Creek (Styron Creek) – All those waters in Cedar Creek upstream of a straight line across the mouth beginning at a point 34° 52.0347’ N - 76° 22.7144’ W on the north shore; running southerly to a point 34° 51.9863’ N - 76° 22.7165’ W on the south shore.

(e) Glover Creek – All those waters in Glover Creek upstream of a straight line across the mouth beginning at a point 34° 52.4405’ N - 76° 22.0654’ W on the west shore; running easterly to a point 34° 52.4422’ N - 76° 22.0600’ W on the east shore.

(f) Nelson Bay – All those waters upstream of a line in Nelson Bay beginning at a point 34° 52.5941’ N - 76° 24.2805’ W on the west shore; running easterly to a point 34° 52.5925’ N - 76° 23.4473’ W on the east shore and bounded on the north and west by a line in Long Bay/Salter Creek Canal beginning at a point 34° 55.4310’ N - 76° 26.3498’ W on the north shore of Salter Creek Canal; running southerly to a point 34° 55.3478’ N - 76° 26.3528’ W on the south shore of Salter Creek Canal.

(g) Lewis Creek – All those waters in Lewis Creek upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 34° 51.9008’ N - 76° 24.7453’ W on the north shore; running southerly to a point 34° 51.8314’ N - 76° 24.7511’ W on the south shore.

(h) Canals at Lewis Creek – All those waters within two unnamed canals on the northern shore of Lewis Creek near the mouth, upstream of a line beginning at a point 34° 51.9258’ N - 76° 24.7047’ W on the west shore; running northeasterly to a point 34° 51.9528’ N - 76° 24.6627’ W on the east shore.

(i) Morris Marina – All those waters within Morris Marina and extending beyond the dockage facilities beginning at a point 34° 53.7709’ N - 76° 19.3870’ W on the west shore; running southeasterly to a point 34° 53.7389’ N - 76° 19.3510’ W; running northeasterly to a point 34° 53.8299’ N - 76° 19.2359’ W; running northwesterly to a point 34° 53.8592’ N - 76° 19.2775’ W on the east shore.

(a) Smyrna Creek / Broad Creek – All those waters north and east of a line beginning at a point 34° 47.8922' N - 76° 29.7330' W; running northeasterly following the north shore of the mosquito ditch to a point 34° 48.0834' N - 76° 29.3924' W; running northeasterly across Broad Creek to a point 34° 48.0896' N - 76° 29.3806' W; running northeasterly
following the northern shore of the mosquito ditch to a point 34° 48.3427' N - 76° 28.9576' W; running southeasterly then southerly following the west shore of Smyrna Creek to a point 34° 48.1418' N - 76° 28.9120' W; running easterly across Smyrna Creek to a point 34° 48.1965' N - 76° 28.5573' W on the eastern shore of Smyrna Creek.

(b) Wade Creek – All those waters in Wade Creek upstream of a line beginning at a point 34° 46.3301’ N - 76° 30.6611’ W on the north shore; running southerly to a point 34° 46.1850’ N - 76° 30.6685’ W on the south shore.

(c) Williston Creek – All those waters in Williston Creek upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 34° 47.2271' N - 76° 30.0651' W on the north shore; running southwesterly to a point 34° 47.0243' N - 76° 30.3222' W on the south shore.

(d) Middens Creek – All those waters in Middens Creek upstream of a line beginning at a point 34° 45.5136’ N - 76° 31.0644’ W on the north shore; running southerly to a point 34° 45.3679’ N - 76° 31.0680’ W on the south shore.

(e) James Stryon Fish House – All those waters within the canal at James Styron’s Fish House and extending beyond the dockage facilities 275 feet beginning at a point 34° 48.3328’ N - 76° 27.1333’ W on the north shore; running southerly to a point 34° 48.3181’ N - 76° 27.1423’ W on the south shore.

(f) South Harbor Drive Canal - All those waters in the canal south of South Harbor Drive upstream of a straight line across the mouth beginning at a point 34° 48.3091' N - 76° 27.1446' W on the north shore; running southwesterly to a point 34° 48.3018' N - 76° 27.1499' W on the south shore.

(g) Howland Creek - All those waters in Howland Creek north of a line beginning at a point at 34° 47.8445' N - 76° 30.0244' W; running northeasterly across the ditch to a point 34° 47.8486' N - 76° 30.0165' W; running northeasterly following the marsh to a point 34° 47.8633' N - 76° 29.9932' W; running northeasterly across the head of Howland Creek to a point 34° 47.8688' N - 76° 29.9831' W; running easterly to a point 34° 47.8859' N - 76° 29.8064' W.
