(a) Wrightsville Beach Area – All those waters near Wrightsville Beach bounded on the northeast by a line beginning at a point 34° 13.9613’ N -77° 47.9846’ W on the mainland near Beacon #125; running southeasterly to a point 34° 13.8771’ N -77° 47.8410’ W on the eastern shore of the ICWW; thence in a southeasterly direction following the marsh to a point in Stokely Cut / Old Moore’s Inlet Channel at 34° 13.4696’ N – 77° 47.3601’ W; thence across the channel to a point on marsh at 34° 13.5319’ N – 77° 47.1572’ W; thence in a northeasterly direction to a point at 34° 13.7842’ N – 77° 46.9323’ W; thence across the creek to a point at 34° 13.7869’ N – 77° 46.9231’ W; thence following the marsh to a point at 34° 14.0289’ N – 77° 46.7762’ W; thence across the creek to a point at 34° 14.0201’ N – 77° 46.7637’ thence around the marsh to a point on the shore of Wrightsville Beach; and bounded on the southwest beginning at a point on the mainland near Money Point at 34° 12.0440 -77° 49.4254; thence southeasterly across the ICW to a point at 34° 12.0715 -77° 49.2274; thence in a easterly direction following the marsh to a point 34° 12.3528 -77° 49.1232; thence across the creek to a point at 34° 12.4329 -77° 49.0645; thence in a easterly direction following the marsh to a point at 34° 12.5318 -77° 48.5732; thence in a southeasterly direction across the creek to a point at 34° 12.4687 -77° 48.5189; thence in a southeasterly direction following the marsh of Motts Channel to a point at 34° 12.3114 -77° 48.2671; thence in a southwesterly direction to a point on marsh at 34° 12.2037 -77° 48.3306; thence in a southeasterly direction across Banks Channel to a point approximately 250 feet offshore of Wrightsville Beach at 34° 12.0908 -77° 48.1459; thence in a southwesterly direction to a point offshore at 34° 11.3474 -77° 48.8158; thence to a point on shore at Wrightsville Beach near Masonboro Inlet at 34° 11.3216 -77° 48.7768.

(b) Howe Creek – All those waters in Howe Creek bounded by a line beginning at a point 34° 15.2059’ N -77° 46.9367’ W on the mainland north of Howe Creek; running southeasterly to a point 34° 15.1497’ N -77° 46.8521’ W; running southwesterly to a point 34° 14.7085’ N -77° 47.2408’ W; running northwesterly to a point 34° 14.7976’ N -77° 47.4168’ W on the mainland south of Howe Creek.

(c) Pages Creek/Fibbs Creek – All those waters of Pages and Fibbs Creek upstream of a line beginning at a point 34° 16.3824 -77° 46.2340 on the north shore; running southerly to a point 34° 16.2218 -77° 46.3123 on the south shore.

(d) Shinn Point– All those waters bordered on the east by a line beginning at a point 34º 11.5089' N -77º 49.6846' W north of Shinn Point; running easterly to a point 34º 11.4973' N -77º 49.6538' W; running southwesterly to a point 34º 11.4183' N -77º 49.6977' W; running northwesterly to a point 34º 11.4403' N -77º 49.7557' W; running southwesterly to a point 34º 11.3335' N -77º 49.8554' W on the shore south of Shinn Point. 

(e) Turtle Harbor – All those waters within the marina at Turtle Harbor and extending beyond the dockage facilities 275 feet beginning at a point 34° 11.8614’ N -77° 49.4619’ W on the north shore; running southwesterly to a point 34° 11.8566’ N -77° 49.4651’ W on the south shore.

(f) Oakwinds Marina -All those waters within Harrelson’s Oakwinds Marina and extending beyond the dockage facilities 450 feet beginning at a point 34º 15.4954' N -77º 46.6574’ W on the shore north of the marina entrance; running southeasterly to a point 34º 15.4153' N -77º 46.5400' W in the sound; running southwesterly to a point 34º 15.3025' N -77º 46.6499' W in the sound; running northwesterly to a point 34º 15.3546' N -77º 46.7315' W on the shore south of the marina entrance.

(g) Mason Landing Yacht Club - All those waters within Mason Landing Yacht Club and extending beyond the dockage facilities 325 feet beginning at a point 34º 15.8951' N -77º 46.2913' W on the north shore; running southeasterly to a point 34º 15.8323' N -77º 46.2098' W; running southwesterly to a point 34º 15.7835' N -77º 46.2560' W; running northwesterly to a point 34° 15.7914’ N -77° 46.2699’ W on the south shore.

(h) Canady’s Marina/Mason’s Marina – All those waters within Canady’s Marina and Mason’s Marina and extending beyond the dockage facilities 250 feet beginning at a point 34º 16.2768' N -77º 46.4155' W on the shore northwest of Mason’s Marina; running northeasterly to a point 34º 16.3187' N -77º 46.3878' W in Pages Creek; running southeasterly to a point 34º 16.2289' N -77º 46.1907' W in the creek; running southerly to a point 34º 16.1315' N -77º 46.1987' W in the creek; running westerly to a point 34º 16.1312' N -77º 46.2522' W on the shore south of Canady’s Marina.
