(c) Oyster Creek — All those waters in Oyster Creek upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 35° 23.1245’ N -76° 18.9958’ W on the north shore; running southerly to a point 35° 23.0117’ N -76° 18.9581’ W on the south shore.

(d) Germantown Bay Area — All those waters upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 35° 24.8374’ N -76° 27.2613’ W on the west shore; running easterly near Beacon “7” to a point 35° 24.7295’ N -76° 26.9075’ W on the east shore.

(e) Swanquarter Ferry Basin and Canal — All those waters in the Swanquarter Ferry Basin and Canal beginning at a point 35° 23.5159’ N -76° 20.0091’ W on the shore northwest of the Ferry Basin Canal; running southeasterly to a point 35° 23.4729’ N -76° 19.9622’ W on the southeast shore.
