(a) Calabash Area — All those waters bordered on the east by a line beginning at a point 33° 54.0464’ N — 78° 25.0944’ W on the north shore of the IWW; running southerly near IWW Channel Marker “89” to a point 33° 53.9412’ N — 78° 25.0617’ W on the south shore; bordered on the south by a line beginning on Ocean Isle Beach near Tubbs Inlet at 33° 52.7335’ N -78° 28.2302’ W; running northerly to a point on the north shore at 33° 52.7522’ N -78° 28.2492’ W; thence running northerly following the shoreline of the marsh to a point at 33° 52.8874’ N -78° 28.3058’ W; thence across the creek in a northerly direction to a point at 33° 52.9132’ N -78° 28.3169’ W; thence following the marsh to a point at 33° 52.9576’ N -78° 28.7068’ W; thence northerly across the creek to a point at 33° 52.9851’ N -78° 28.7561’ W; thence to a point on marsh at Still Creek at 33° 52.9764’ N -78 28.7636’ W; thence running southwesterly across the creek to a point at 33° 52.9215’ N -78° 28.8016’ W; thence following the marsh around Tubbs Inlet to a point on the east shore of Jinks Creek at 33° 52.7393’ N -78° 29.6339’ W; running southwesterly across the creek to a point on the west shore at 33° 52.6729’ N -78° 29.6735’ W; thence following the marsh on the southwest side of Jinks Creek to a point at 33° 52.6684’ N -78° 29.6631’ W; running southerly to a point at 33° 52.6684’ N -78° 29.6631’ W; thence continuing to follow the marsh on the southwest side of Jinks Creek to a point on the north shore of a creek at 33° 52.5640’ N -78° 29.5747’ W; running southerly across the creek to a point on the south shore at 33° 52.5541’ N -78° 29.5733’ W; thence running southerly following the marsh to a point on the north shore of the Sunset Beach Canals at 33° 52.5445’ N -78° 29.5858’ W; running southerly to a point on the south shore at 33° 52.4767’ N -78° 29.5839’ W; and bordered on the west by a line beginning on the north shore of the IWW near Calabash at 33° 52.0295’ N -78° 33.5711’ W; running southerly across the IWW to a point on the south shore of the IWW at 33° 52.0122’ N -78° 33.5508’ W; thence following the marsh running in a southerly direction to a point at 33° 51.9606’ N -78° 33.4892’ W; thence to a point at 33° 51.5913’ N -78° 33.0552’ W; thence running southerly to a point on Bird Island at 33° 51.2132’ N -78° 32.6100’ W on the North Carolina / South Carolina state line.

(b) Calabash Creek — All those waters in Calabash Creek upstream of a line beginning at a point 33° 52.6942’ N -78° 34.3509’ W on the north shore; running southeasterly to a point 33° 52.6267’ N -78° 34.271996’ W on the south shore.
