(a) Colington Area- All those waters east of a line beginning at a point 36º 03.4532' N -75º 44.4336' W north of Shellbank Point; running westerly to a point 36º 03.4589' N -75º 44.4622' W in the sound approximately 150 feet from the shore; running southerly to a point 36º 03.3815' N -75º 44.4856' W in the sound approximately 200 feet from the shore; running easterly to a point 36º 03.3740' N -75º 44.4487' W on the shore; running southerly to a point 36º 02.4904' N -75º 44.2098' W near Long Point; running southerly to a point 36° 00.4239’ N -75° 43.7594’ W on the western shore of Collington Island; running southerly following the shoreline to Rhodoms Point at 36° 00.2111’ N -75° 43.6269’ W; running southeasterly to a point 35° 58.3677’ N -75° 40.0963’ W on Mann Point.

(b) Heritage Point Marina — All those waters within the marina at Heritage Point Subdivision and extending beyond the dockage facilities 425 feet beginning at a point 35° 56.0895’ N -75° 43.6282’ W on the north jetty; running southerly to a point 35° 56.0733’ N -75° 43.6272’ W on the south jetty.

(4) ALLIGATOR RIVER AREA (Map 4)

(a) Alligator River — All those waters in Alligator River upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 35° 57.2305’ N -76° 00.7216’ W on Long Shoal Point on the west shore; running easterly near Beacon “3” to a point 35° 57.4703’ N -75° 56.7930’ W on Sound Point on the east shore.

(b) East Lake Area — All those waters in East Lake upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 35° 58.6387’ N -75° 52.1432’ W on the west shore; running easterly to a point 35° 58.5939’ N -75° 51.7239’ W on the east shore.

(5) CROATAN SOUND AREA (Map 5)

(a) Sand Point Area — All those waters within a line beginning at a point 35° 53.7794’ N -75° 41.4599’ W on the shore; running southwesterly to a point 35° 53.5111’ N -75° 41.6198’ W in the sound; running southeasterly to a point 35° 53.2434’ N -75° 40.9748’ W on the shore, to include all tributaries.

(b) Baum Creek Area — All those waters within a line beginning at a point 35° 51.0208’ N -75° 39.7789’ W on the north shore of Baum Creek on Roanoke Island; running southwesterly to a point 35° 50.4013’ N -75° 40.1255’ W near Beacon “2”; running southerly to a point 35° 50.0382’ N -75° 40.0710’ W; running northeasterly to a point 35° 50.2342’ N -75° 39.4936’ W on the shore, to include all creeks and tributaries within said boundary.

(c) Spencer Creek — All those waters in Spencer Creek upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 35º 51.6745' N -75º 44.9086' W on the marsh north of the creek mouth; running southwesterly to a point 35º 51.3887' N -75º 45.0627' W on the marsh south of the creek mouth.

(d) Callaghan Creek — All those waters in Callaghan Creek upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 35º 51.1095' N -75º 45.1303' W on the north shore; running southwesterly to a point 35º 51.0799' N -75º 45.1517' W on the south shore.

(e) Manns Harbor — All those waters upstream of a line across the mouth of Manns Harbor beginning at a point 35º 54.6235' N -75º 46.0589' W on the north shore; running southwesterly to a point 35º 54.4700' N -75º 46.1079' W on the marsh; running southwesterly to a point 35º 54.3723' N -75º 46.1251' W on the south shore.

(f) Wanchese — All those waters near the south end of Roanoke Island north and east of a line beginning at a point 35° 49.5540’ N -75° 36.9714’ W; running southerly to a point 35° 49.2893’ N -75° 37.0334’ W on Marsh Island; running southwesterly to a point 35° 49.0805’ N -75° 37.5293’ W; running northwesterly to a point 35° 49.3831’ N -75° 39.1520’ W on the marsh; running northwesterly to a point 35° 50.2342’ N -75° 39.4936’ W at the Baum Creek closure line.
