(a) All those waters bounded on the north and east by a line beginning on Federal Point at 33° 57.6326’ N -77° 56.5399’ W; running northwesterly to a point at 33° 57.6858’ N -77° 56.7862’ W; running southwesterly to a point near Beacon “26” at 33° 57.5325’ N -77° 57.2171’ W; running southwesterly to a point near Beacon “23” at 33° 56.2080’ N -77° 58.7519’ W; running southwesterly to a point 33º 54.6110' N -78º 01.1093' W in the river; running southerly near Beacon “16” to a point on Fort Caswell at 33° 53.7710’ N -78° 00.9928’ W to include all waters in Elizabeth River, Dutchman Creek, Intracoastal Waterway and all tributaries; and bounded on the west by a line beginning at a point 33° 55.2631’ N -78° 12.2881’ W on the north shore; running southerly to a point 33° 55.1839’ N -78° 12.2839’ W on the south shore.

(b) Bald Head Island Marina — All those waters within Bald Head Island Marina and extending beyond the entrance canal 100 feet beginning at a point 33° 52.7019’ N -78° 0.0393’ W on the north shore; running northwesterly to a point 33° 52.7275’ N -78° 00.0920’ W; running southwesterly to a point 33° 52.6096’ N -78° 00.1716’ W; running southeasterly to a point 33° 52.5831’ N -78° 0.1219’ W on the south shore.

(c) Wildlife Boat Ramp — All those waters within the Wildlife Boat Ramp at Fort Fisher and extending beyond the ramp area 100 feet beginning at a point 33° 57.5417’ N -77° 56.5334’ W on the east shore; running southerly to a point 33° 57.4916’ N -77° 56.4878’ W; running northwesterly to a point 33° 57.5152’ N -77° 56 32.0647’ W; running northerly to a point 33° 57.5417’ N -77° 56.5334’ W on the west shore.

(d) Bald Head Creek — All those waters upstream of a line in Bald Head Creek beginning at a point 33º 52.0011' N -77º 59.4846' W on the west shore of the creek; running northeasterly to a point 33º 52.0194' N -77º 59.4379' W on the east shore of the creek.

(48) LOCKWOODS FOLLY RIVER AREA (Map 48)

(a) Lockwoods Folly River — All those waters in Lockwoods Folly River upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 33° 55.9854’ N -78° 13.1539’ W on the west shore; running easterly near Channel Marker #6 to a point 33° 56.0606’ N -78° 12.4035’ W on the east shore.

(b) Davis Creek — All those waters in Davis Creek upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 33° 55.2284’ N -78° 12.7791’ W on the northwest tip of Horse Island; following the shoreline in a southerly direction to a point 33° 55.0401’ N -78° 12.7459’ W on the north shore of Davis Creek; running southerly to a point 33° 54.9080’ N -78° 12.7557’ W on the south shore of Davis Creek.

(c) Blue Water Point Marina — All those waters within the marina and extending beyond the docking facilities 175 feet beginning at a point 33° 54.8924’ N -78° 12.9222’ W on the shore west of the marina; running northerly to a point 33° 55.0148’ N -78° 12.9157’ W; running easterly to a point 33º 55.0183’ N -78º 12.7475’ W at the southwest tip of Horse Island; running southerly to a point 33° 54.9080’ N -78° 12.7557’ W on the shore east of the marina.

(d) All those waters south of Genoes Point on the west shore of The Lockwoods Folly River within the boundaries beginning at a point 33° 55.9384’ N - 78°13.1111’ W at the shoreline; running southeasterly to a point 33° 55.9045’ N - 78° 13.0843’ W; running southwesterly to a point 33° 55.8151’ N - 78° 13.1746’ W; running northwesterly to a point 33° 55.8427’ N - 78° 13.2065’ W at the shoreline.

(e) All those waters along the canal on the east shore of the Lockwoods Folly River within the boundaries beginning at a point 33°56.0606’N - 78° 12.4035’ W at the shoreline; running westerly to a point 33° 56.0527’ N - 78° 12.4822’ W; running southwesterly to a point 33° 55.5587’ N - 78° 12.6482’ W; running easterly to a point 33°55.5538’N - 78° 12.6293’ W at the shoreline.
