(a) Fannie and Wheeler Creek — All waters of Fannie Creek and Wheeler Creek south of a line drawn from the northwest shore of Fannie Creek beginning at a point 34° 34.2860’ N -77° 23.6508’ W; running southeasterly to a point 34° 34.1174’ N -77° 23.1097’ W southeast shore of Wheeler Creek near Poverty Point.

(b) Old Ferry Marina — All those waters within Old Ferry Marina and extending beyond the dockage facilities 400 feet beginning at a point 34º 34.6232’ N -77º 23.7539’ W on the shore of the river north of the marina; running northeasterly to a point 34º 34.6522’ N -77º 23.6855’ W in the river; running southeasterly to a point 34º 34.5645’ N -77º 23.6312’ W in the river; running southwesterly to a point 34º 34.5330’ N -77º 23.7056’ W on the shore of the river south of the marina.

(c) Courthouse Bay Marina — All those waters within 150 feet of the dockage at Courthouse Bay Marina beginning at a point on shore 34º 34.9997'N -77º 22.3785'W northwest of the marina; running northeasterly to a point 34º 35.0477'N -77º 22.2950'W in the bay; running southeasterly to a point 34º 34.9908'N -77º 22.2397'W in the bay; running southwesterly to a point 34º 34.9588'N -77º 22.2878'W on the shore southeast of the marina.

(d) Mile Hammock Bay (TLZ Bluebird) — All those waters in Mile Hammock Bay (TLZ Bluebird) upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 34° 33.1650’ N -77° 19.5710’ W on the west shore; running easterly to a point 34° 33.1665’ N -77° 19.4214’ W on the east shore.

(e) Sneads Ferry (Fulcher Landing area) — All those waters within 150 feet of the last dockage space at Sneads Ferry (Fulcher Landing area) beginning at a point 34° 33.9289’N - 77° 22.9371’W on the north shore; running northeasterly to a point 34° 33.9615’N - 77° 22.8957’W; running southeasterly to a point 34° 33.9035’N - 77° 22.8266’W; running southwesterly to a point 34° 33.8371’N - 77° 22.8961’W on the south shore.

(f) Everett’s Seafood — All those waters within 100 feet of the last dockage space at Everett’s Seafood beginning at a point 34° 33.7988’N - 77° 22.8806’W on the shoreline northwest of Everett’s Seafood; running northeasterly to a point 34° 33.8307’N - 77° 22.8438’W; running southeasterly to a point 34° 33.7978’N - 77° 22.7926’W.

(g) New River Landing Marina — All those waters in the New River Landing Marina basin and within 275 feet of the last dockage space beginning at a point 34º 34.6430' N -77º 23.8792' W on the shore west of the marina canal entrance; running easterly to a point 34º 34.6450' N -77º 23.8371' W on the shore east of the marina canal entrance.

(40) NEW RIVER AREA (Map 40)

(a) Everett Creek — All those waters of Everett Creek and its tributaries upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 34° 34.2522’ N -77° 24.8557’ W on the west shore; running easterly to a point 34° 34.2359’ N -77° 24.6818’ W on the east shore.

(b) Stones Creek — All those waters of Stones Creek, Muddy Creek and other tributaries upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 34° 36.8738’ N -77° 26.5163’ W on the north shore; running southerly to a point 34° 36.5330’ N -77° 26.6570 ’ W on the south shore near Stones Landing.

(c) New River — All those waters of New River upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 34° 38.8205’ N -77° 22.6757’ W on the west shore; running northeasterly near Channel Marker #42 to a point 34° 40.1177’ N -77° 21.4913’ W on the east shore.

(d) Frenchs Creek / Duck Creek — All those waters bounded by a line beginning at a point 34° 39.2161’ N -77° 20.8991’ W on the shore north of Frenchs Creek; running southwesterly to a point 34° 39.0036’ N -77° 21.1486’ W; running southerly to a point 34° 37.7822’ N -77° 20.8079’ W on the shore south of Duck Creek.

(e) Mill Creek — All those waters in Mill Creek upstream of a straight line across the mouth beginning at a point 34° 37.2371’ N -77° 25.7025’ W on the west shore; running easterly to a point 34° 37.2383’ N -77° 25.6860’ W on the east shore.
