(35) WHITE OAK RIVER AREA (Map 35)

(a) White Oak River / Stevens Creek — All those waters in White Oak River and Stevens Creek west and north of a line beginning at a point 34° 42.7158’ N -77° 06.8816 ’ W on the west shore of the White Oak River south of Stevens Creek; running easterly to a point 34° 42.7322’ N -77° 06.7625’ W; running northerly to a point 34° 43.0774’ N -77° 06.8610’ W; running northeasterly to a point 34° 43.4006’ N -77° 06.1293’ W on the east shore of the river at Hampton Bay. This includes Hancock Point, Cahoon Point, Holland Mill Creek, Hargetts Creek, Godfrey Branch, Stevens Creek and all other tributaries.

(b) Pettiford and Starkey Creeks — All those waters upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 34° 42.8536’ N -77° 05.6771’ W on the north shore of Pettiford Creek Bay; running southeasterly to a point 34° 42.4563’ N -77° 05.4593’ W on the south shore of Pettiford Creek Bay, to include all of Pettiford Creek and Starkey Creek.

(c) Swansboro Area — All those waters bounded by a line beginning at a point 34° 41.4565’ N -77° 07.1166’ W on the west shore of Picketts Bay; running southeasterly to a point at 34° 41.2834’ N -77° 06.7973’ W; running southwesterly to a point at 34° 40.1765’ N -77° 07.9291’ W; running northwesterly to a point 34° 40.2614’ N -77° 07.9821’ W near Channel Marker “49”; running northwesterly to a point 34° 40.3668’ N -77° 08.0478’ W on the shore.

(d) Dudley’s Marina — All those waters within 175 feet of the last dockage space at Dudley’s Marina beginning at a point 34° 40.9053’ N - 77° 06.7553’ W on the shoreline north of the marina; running southwesterly to a point 34° 40.8714’ N - 77° 06.8202’ W; running southeasterly to a point 34° 40.7551’ N - 77° 06.7394’ W; running northeasterly to a point 34° 40.7833’ N — 77° 06.6852’ W on the shoreline south of the marina.

(e) Bogue Inlet Boataminiums — All those waters within the basin at Bogue Inlet Boataminiums Marina and extending beyond the dockage facilities 325 feet beginning at a point 34º 40.4780’ N -77º 06.0611’ W on the shore west of the basin entrance; running southerly to a point 34º 40.4455’ N -77º 06.0716’ W; running easterly to a point 34º 40.4238’ N -77º 05.9734’ W; running northerly to a point 34º 40.4517’ N -77º 05.9644’ W on the shore east of the basin entrance.

(f) Dolphin Bay Estates Canal — All those waters in Dolphin Bay Estates Canal upstream of a line beginning at a point 34° 40.7515’ N -77° 05.9689’ W on the shore southwest of the canal entrance; running northeasterly to a point 34° 40.8048’ N -77° 05.8869’ W on the shore northeast of the canal entrance.

(g) White Oak River — All those waters bounded on the north by a line beginning at a point 34° 40.8918’ N — 77° 06.6580’ W near the eastern entrance to the SR 24 bridge; running easterly to a point 34° 40.8997’ N — 77° 06.2848 W; and bounded on the south by SR 24.

(h) Boathouse Creek / Dubling Creek — All those waters east of a line beginning at a point 34° 41.6008’N -77° 05.7139’W on the north shore of Dubling Creek at the mouth; running southeasterly to a point 34° 41.5045’N -77° 05.5984’W on the south shore of Dubling Creek; following the shoreline in a southeasterly direction to a point 34° 41.4341’N -77° 05.5354’W on the north shore of Boathouse Creek; running southerly to a point 34° 41.2783’N -77° 05.5751’W; running southerly to a point 34° 41.0979’N —77° 05.5787’W on the southern shore of an embayment south of Boathouse Creek.
