(a) Morehead City Area — All those waters enclosed by a line beginning at a point 34° 43.1393’ N -76° 43.4641’ W on the mainland near the Morehead City waterfront; running southerly to a point 34° 42.8836’ N -76° 43.4849’ W; running southeasterly to a point 34° 42.4864’ N -76° 42.2127’ W on the northwest end of Brandt Island; running northeasterly following the shoreline to a point at 34° 42.1934’ N -76° 41.3681’ W; thence across the creek running southeasterly to a point at 34° 42.1804’ N -76° 41.3526’ W; running southeasterly following the shoreline of Fort Macon to a point at 34° 41.9829’ N -76° 40.8175’ W on Fort Macon; running northerly to a point 34° 42.3724’ N -76° 40.8005’ W on Radio Island; running northwesterly following the western shoreline of Radio Island to a point 34° 43.2848’ N -76° 41.2249’ W at the east end of the Newport River High Rise Bridge; running westerly to a point 34° 43.2577’ N -76° 41.6844’ W on the Morehead City mainland at the State Port; thence following the shoreline back to the point of beginning.

(b) Spooners Creek Area — All the waters within Spooners Creek beginning at a point 34° 43.5064’ N -76° 48.3627’ W on the shore west of the creek; running southerly to a point 34° 43.3834’ N -76° 48.3659’ W; running easterly to a point 34° 43.3694’ N -76° 47.9910’ W; running northerly to a point 34° 43.5178’ N -76° 47.9870’ W on the shore east of the creek.

(c) Peletier Creek Area — All the waters within Peletier Creek beginning at a point 34° 43.5145’ N -76° 47.1215’ W on the shore west of the creek; running southerly to a point 34° 43.3415’ N -76° 47.1253’ W; running easterly to a point 34° 43.3280’ N -76° 46.6337’ W; running northerly to a point 34° 43.4763’ N -76° 46.6299’ W on the shore east of the creek.

(d) Atlantic Beach Area — Money Island Bay Area — All those waters south and west of a line beginning at a point 34° 42.6627’ N -76° 44.1884’ W on the south end of the Atlantic Beach High Rise Bridge; running southeasterly to a point 34° 42.1489’ N -76° 43.2623’ W on the eastern end of Money Island Bay near 8 ½ Marina. This includes all of Money Island Bay, Causeway Canal, West Canal, Central Canal, East Canal, Money Island Slough, Anchorage Marina and 8 ½ Marina.

(e) Atlantic Beach Area — Moonlight Bay Area — All those waters upstream of a line beginning at a point 34° 42.7229’ N -76° 44.4793’ W on the west shore; running easterly to a point 34° 42.6804’ N -76° 44.2282’ W on the west side of the south end of the Atlantic Beach High Rise Bridge.

(f) Atlantic Beach Area — Fish-N-Lake / Pond Drive Area — All those waters upstream of a line beginning at a point on marsh at 34º 42.6670' N -76º 44.8422' W; running easterly across the mouth of the canal to a point 34º 42.6791' N -76º 44.7440' W on the east shore; to include all waters in Fish-N-Lake.

(g) Hoop Pole Creek — All those waters in Hoop Pole Creek upstream of a line beginning at a point 34° 42.1465’ N -76° 46.1560’ W on the west shore; running easterly to a point 34° 42.1558’ N -76° 46.1146’ W on the marsh island; running northerly following the shoreline of the marsh island to a point 34° 42.1533’ N -76° 45.9362’ W; running easterly to a point 34° 42.1521’ N -76° 45.9084’ W on the east shore.

(h) McClamrock Slough — All those waters upstream from a straight line across the mouth of the McClamrock Slough beginning at a point 34° 42.2502’ N -76° 42.7640’ W on the west shore; running easterly to a point 34° 42.2541’ N -76° 42.7306’ W on the east shore.

(i) Triple S Marina — All those waters upstream from a straight line across the mouth of Triple S Marina beginning at a point 34° 42.2080’ N -76° 42.6701’ W on the west shore; running easterly to a point 34º 42.2087' N -76º 42.6480' W on the east shore.

(j) Bogue Pines Boat Basin — All those waters within the boat basin at Bogue Pines and extending beyond the dockage facilities 200 feet beginning at a point 34° 42.2346’ N —76° 47.7094’ W on the western shore; running northeasterly to a point 34° 42.2454’ N —76° 47.6594’ W on the eastern shore.
