(a) Town Creek — All those waters enclosed by a line beginning at a point 34° 44.2009’ N -76° 40.0289’ W approximately 500 yards northeast of Gallant Point; running westerly approximately 850 yards to a point 34° 44.1592’ N -76° 40.5181’ W near Channel Marker “1”; running southeasterly approximately 1800 yards to a point 34° 43.3553’ N -76° 40.2064’ W at the west end of the draw bridge over Gallant Channel; running east along the bridge to the Beaufort mainland, then following the shoreline of Town Creek back to the point of beginning.

(b) Newport River Area / Calico Bay / Calico Creek / Crab Point Thorofare Area — Beginning at a point 34° 44.2879’ N -76° 42.4376’ W on the west side of Crab Point Thorofare; running easterly to a point 34° 44.2515’ N -76° 42.2720’ W on the east side of Crab Point Thorofare on the Haystacks Marsh; running southerly following the shoreline, crossing mouths of creeks to the southernmost point of the Haystacks Marshes at 34° 43.8594’ N -76° 41.6525’ W; running easterly across the IWW to the southern tip of Phillips Island at a point 34° 43.7680’ N -76° 41.3084’ W; running southerly to a point 34° 43.4193’ N -76° 41.1750’ W on the east side of the spoil island; running along the shoreline to a point 34° 43.2848’ N -76° 41.2249’ W on the east end of the Newport River High Rise Bridge; running westerly along the bridge to a point 34° 43.2577’ N -76° 41.6844’ W on the Morehead City mainland at the State Port; running northerly along the shoreline of the yacht basin, Calico Creek and Willis Creek back to the point of beginning.

(c) Newport River — All those waters in Newport River upstream of a line beginning at a point 34° 46.0253’ N - 76° 45.0627’ W on the northwest shore; running southeasterly to a point 34° 45.5461’ N - 76° 44.1308’ W on the southeast shore near Lawton Point.

(d) Harlowe Creek — All those waters in Harlowe Creek upstream of a line beginning at a point 34° 46.6935’ N -76° 43.4719’ W on the west shore; running northeasterly to a point 34° 46.8400’ N -76° 43.3822’ W on the east shore.

(e) Core Creek Area — All those waters bounded on the south by a line beginning at a point 34° 47.0203’ N -76° 41.2452’ W on the west shore; running easterly to a point 34° 47.0367’ N -76° 41.0698’ W on the east shore.

(f) Gable Creek — All those waters in Gable Creek upstream of a line beginning at a point 34° 44.3052’ N -76° 39.9288’ W on the southwest shore; running northeasterly to a point 34° 44.4847’ N -76° 39.6329’ W on the northeast shore.

(g) Wading Creek — All those waters in Wading Creek upstream of a line beginning at a point 34° 44.9871’ N -76° 39.4677’ W on the north shore; running southwesterly to a point 34° 44.9418’ N -76° 39.5450’ W on the south shore.

(h) Russell Creek — All those waters upstream of a line beginning at a point 34º 45.5565' N -76º 39.8862' W on the north shore, running southeasterly to a point 34º 45.4718' N -76º 39.8096' W on the south shore, to include all of Russell Creek.

(i) Deerfield Shores Marina (Morehead/Beaufort Yacht Club) — All those waters in the marina at Deerfield Shores and extending beyond the entrance canal 100 feet beginning at a point 34° 46.0165’ N -76° 40.3889’ W on the shore west of the entrance canal; running southwesterly to a point 34° 46.0039’ N -76° 40.4017’ W; running southeasterly to a point 34° 45.9786’ N -76° 40.3567’ W; running northeasterly to a point 34° 45.9922’ N -76° 40.3449’ W on the shore east of the entrance canal.

(j) Oyster Creek — All those waters upstream of a line beginning at a point 34° 46.8293’ N — 76° 42.4262’ W on the west shore; running southeasterly to a point 34° 46.7857’ N — 76° 42.3418’ W on the east shore.

(k) Ware Creek — All those waters in Ware Creek upstream of a line beginning at a point 34° 46.5218’ N - 76° 40.6590’ W on the north shore; running southerly to a point 34° 46.2251’ N - 76° 40.5919’ W on the south shore.
