(28) NORTH RIVER AREA (Map 28)

(a) North River — All those waters upstream of a line beginning at a point 34° 48.0831’ N — 76° 37.2603’ W on the west shore; running easterly to a point 34° 48.2559’ N — 76° 36.6433’ W on the east shore.

(b) Ward Creek — All those waters in Ward Creek upstream of the Ward Creek Bridge beginning at a point 34° 46.8553’ N -76° 34.4643’ W on the west shore; running easterly to a point 34° 46.8496’ N -76° 34.3991’ W on the east shore.

(c) Gillikin Creek — All those waters upstream of a line beginning at a point 34° 46.8047’ N — 76° 34.2625’ W on the north shore; running southeasterly to a point 34° 46.4966’ N — 76° 34.1261’ W on the south shore.

(d) North Leopard Creek — All those waters in North Leopard Creek upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 34º 45.9918' N -76º 34.1122' W on the north shore; running southerly to a point 34º 45.8677' N -76º 34.1308' W on the southern shore.

(e) Thomas Creek — All those waters upstream of a line beginning at a point 34° 46.5798’ N — 76° 37.0925’ W on the north shore; running southwesterly to a point 34° 46.5363’ N — 76° 37.0992’ W on the south shore.

(f) Fulchers Bay — All those waters in Fulchers Bay west of a straight line beginning at a point 34° 45.9607’ N -76° 37.2193’ W on the northeast shore; running southwesterly to a point 34° 45.7934’ N -76° 37.3407’ W on the southwest shore.

(g) Sunrise Drive Canal — All those waters upstream of a straight line across the mouth of the canal north of Sunrise Drive beginning at a point 34° 45.5791’ N -76° 37.1561’ W on the north shore; running southerly to a point 34° 45.5670’ N -76° 37.1589’ W on the south shore.

(h) Jackson Road Canal — All those waters upstream of a straight line across the mouth of the canal south of Jackson Road beginning at a point 34° 45.5242’ N -76° 37.1337’ W on the north shore; running southerly to a point 34° 45.5031’ N -76° 37.1299’ W on the south shore.

(i) River Road Canal — All those waters upstream of a straight line across the mouth of the canal north of River Road beginning at a point 34° 46.0117’ N -76° 37.1833’ W on the north shore; running southerly to a point 34° 45.9871’ N -76° 37.1891’ W on the south shore.

(j) Cow Pen Creek — All those waters in Cow Pen (Newby) Creek upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 34° 44.8568’ N -76° 37.2873’ W on the north shore; running southerly to a point 34° 44.4581’ N -76° 37.3826’ W on the shore south of Cow Pen Creek.

(k) Sam Moss Creek Area — All those waters upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 34º 47.5005' N -76º 36.2045' W on the north shore; running southwesterly to a point 34º 47.4091' N -76º 36.2586' W on the south shore near Highway 70.
