(c) Big Creek — All those waters in Big Creek upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 34° 57.0943’ N -76° 35.1631’ W on the north shore; running southerly to a point 34° 56.9177’ N -76° 35.0682’ W on the south shore.

(d) Hardy Creek — All those waters in Hardy Creek upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 34° 58.1361’ N -76° 35.3438’ W on the north shore; running southerly to a point 34° 57.8750’ N -76° 35.3579’ W on the south shore.

(e) Dumpling Creek — All those waters in Dumpling Creek upstream of a straight line across the mouth beginning at a point 34° 56.9198’ N -76° 39.5480’ W on the north shore; running southerly to a point 34° 56.8446’ N -76° 39.5129’ W on the south shore.

(f) Core Creek / Adams Creek Area — All those waters bounded on the south by a line beginning at a point 34° 47.0203’ N -76° 41.2452’ W on the west shore of Core Creek; running easterly to a point 34° 47.0367’ N -76° 41.0698’ W on the east shore of Core Creek; and bounded on the north by a line beginning at a point 34° 54.8190’ N -76° 39.9669’ W on the west shore of Adams Creek; running easterly to a point 34° 54.8142’ N -76° 39.5643’ W on the east shore of Adams Creek.

(g) Kearney Creek Area — All those waters west of a line beginning at a point 34° 55.2293’ N -76° 39.9310’ W on the west shore of Adams Creek; running southerly to a point 34° 54.8190’ N -76° 39.9669’ W on the shore south of Kearney Creek, to include Kearny Creek and all other creeks and tributaries.

(h) Jonaquin Creek — All those waters in Jonaquin Creek upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 34º 56.2764' N -76º 38.2712' W on the north shore; running southeasterly to a point 34º 56.1915' N -76º 38.2183' W on the south shore.

(23) CEDAR ISLAND AREA (Map 23)

(a) West Thorofare Bay / Thorofare — All those waters bounded on the northwest by a straight line beginning at a point 34° 56.0336’ N -76° 22.9901 ’ W on the west shore; running easterly near Beacon “15WB” to a point 34° 56.0473’ N -76° 22.8753’ W on the east shore; and bounded on the southeast in the Thorofare by a straight line beginning at a point 34° 55.6118’ N -76° 21.6362’ W on the north shore of the Thorofare; running southeasterly near Channel Marker “6” to a point 34° 55.5867’ N -76° 21.6072’ W on the south shore of the Thorofare.

(b) Long Bay Area / Salter Creek Canal — All those waters bounded on the north and west by a straight line beginning at a point 34° 55.4310’ N -76° 26.3498’ W on the north shore of Salter Creek Canal; running southerly to a point 34° 55.3478’ N -76° 26.3528’ W on the south shore of Salter Creek Canal; and bounded on the south and east in Nelson Bay by a line beginning at a point 34° 52.5941’ N -76° 24.2805’ W on the west shore; running easterly to a point 34° 52.6382’ N -76° 23.4625’ W on the east shore.

(c) Piney Island Docking Facility — All those waters in the Piney Island Dockage Facility canals and within 200 feet of the last dockage space beginning at a point 34º 58.8152' N -76º 25.8696' W on the shore west of the facility; running southeasterly to a point 34º 58.7342' N -76º 25.8232' W in the bay; running northeasterly to a point 34º 58.7613' N -76º 25.7530' W on the shore east of the facility.

(24) CORE SOUND / ATLANTIC AREA (Map 24)

(a) Cedar Island Ferry Harbor — All those waters within Cedar Island Ferry Harbor beginning at a point 35° 01.2365’ N -76° 18.6089’ W on the end of the northern jetty; running southwesterly to a point 35° 01.1817’ N -76° 18.6928’ W on the end of the southern jetty.

(b) West Thorofare Bay / Thorofare — All those waters bounded on the northwest by a straight line beginning at a point 34° 56.0336’ N -76° 22.9901 ’ W on the west shore; running easterly near Beacon “15WB” to a point 34° 56.0473’ N -76° 22.8753’ W on the east shore; and bounded on the southeast in the Thorofare by a straight line beginning at a point 34° 55.6118’ N -76° 21.6362’ W on the north shore of the Thorofare; running southeasterly near Channel Marker “6” to a point 34° 55.5867’ N -76° 21.6072’ W on the south shore of the Thorofare.

(c) Cedar Island Community Boat Harbor — All those waters within the community boat harbor at Cedar Island and extending 325 feet from the dockage facilities beginning at a point 34º 59.5172' N -76º 18.3957' W on the shore north of the harbor entrance; running southeasterly to a point 34º 59.4644' N -76º 18.3497' W on the shore southeast of the harbor entrance.

(d) Quality Seafood Basin — All those waters within the Quality Seafood Basin beginning at a point 34º 59.6560' N -76º 18.4467' W on the west shore of the basin entrance; running northeasterly to a point 34º 59.6654' N -76º 18.4358' W on the east shore of the basin entrance.

(e) Becks Lane Canal — All those waters in Becks Lane canal upstream of a straight line across the mouth beginning at a point 34º 58.7674' N -76º 17.8507' W on the north shore; running southerly to a point 34º 58.7546' N -76º 17.8534' W on the south shore.
