(b) Pierce Creek — All those waters in Pierce Creek upstream of a straight line across the mouth of the creek beginning at a point 35° 02.4341’ N -76° 39.7658’ W on the north shore; running southerly to a point 35° 02.3740’ N -76° 39.7891’ W on the south shore.
(c) Orchard Creek — All those waters in Orchard Creek upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 35º 03.4959' N -76º 38.5585' W on the west shore; running easterly to a point 35º 03.5489' N -76º 38.4606' W on the east shore.
(d) Broad and Brown Creek Area — All those waters in Broad and Brown Creeks upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 35° 05.5245’ N -76° 37.4195’ W on the north shore; running southerly to a point 35° 05.2621’ N -76° 37.5030’ W on the south shore.
(e) River Dunes Marina — All those waters in the River Dunes Marina Basin upstream of a line beginning at a point 35º 05.3130' N -76º 36.3525' W on the shore north of the entrance canal; running northwesterly to a point 35º 05.3195' N -76º 36.3670' W in Broad Creek; running southwesterly to a point 35º 05.2687' N -76º 36.4007' W in Broad Creek; running southeasterly to a point 35º 05.2613' N -76º 36.3841' W on the shore south of the entrance canal.
(21) NEUSE RIVER AREA (Map 21)
(a) Clubfoot Creek — All those waters upstream of a line across the mouth of Clubfoot Creek beginning at a point 34° 54.8982’ N -76° 45.6177’ W on the west shore; running northeasterly to a point 34° 55.2994’ N -76° 45.1180’ W on the east shore.
(b) Dawson Creek — All those waters north and west of a line beginning at a point 34º 59.5082' N -76º 45.4918' W on the shore south of the State Road 1302 Dawson Creek Bridge; running easterly to a point 34º 59.5038' N -76º 45.3320'W in Neuse River; running northerly to a point 34° 59.5697’ N -76° 45.3292’ W on the shore east of the Bridge, to include all of Dawson Creek.
(c) Neuse River — All those waters in Neuse River upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 34° 57.8889’ N -76° 48.2168’ W on the north shore near Wilkinson Point; running southerly to a point 34° 56.2412’ N -76° 48.5741’ W on the south shore east of the Cherry Branch Ferry Landing.
(d) Long Creek — All those waters upstream of a line across the mouth of Long Creek beginning at a point 34º 55.6108' N -76º 43.8230' W on the west shore; running northeasterly to a point 34º 55.6175' N -76º 43.7947' W on the east shore.
(e) Gatlin Creek — All those waters bounded by a line beginning at a point 34º 58.3786' N -76º 47.5213' W on the shore west of Gatlin Creek; running southerly approximately 60 yards to a point 34º 58.3496' N -76º 47.5131' W in Neuse River; running northeasterly to a point 34º 58.3802' N -76º 47.3546' W approximately 60 yards from shore in Neuse River; running northerly to a point 34º 58.4091' N -76º 47.3629' W on the shore east of Gatlin Creek, to include all of Gatlin Creek.
