(41) MILL CREEK AREA (Map 41)

(a) Mill Creek - All those waters in Mill Creek upstream of a line beginning at a point 34° 30.5806’ N -77° 25.4985’ W on the west shore of Alligator Bay; running southeasterly to a point 34° 30.5422’ N -77° 25.3815’ W on the marsh; running northeasterly across the bay to a point 34° 30.7124’ N -77° 25.0587’ W on the marsh; running northeasterly to a point 34° 30.8205’ N -77° 25.0185’ W on the north shore of Alligator Bay.

(b) Bumps Creek - All those waters in Bumps Creek upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 34° 32.4456’ N -77° 22.3876’ W on the east side of the mouth of Bumps Creek; running southwesterly to a point 34° 32.3372’ N -77° 22.4700’ W on the west side of the mouth of Bumps Creek.

(c) Fullard Creek - All those waters in Fullard Creek upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 34° 32.2312’ N -77° 22.8218’ W on the north shore; running southeasterly to a point 34° 32.0265’ N -77° 22.7160’ W on the south shore; to also include all of Charles Creek.

(d) Swan Point Marina /New River Marina –All those waters within Swan Point Marina and New River Marina and extending beyond the dockage facilities 325 feet from Swan Point Marina and 200 feet from New River Marina beginning at a point 34° 32.7234' N -77° 21.6661' W on the shore west of Swan Point Marina; running northerly to a point 34° 32.7852' N -77° 21.6649' W; running easterly to a point 34° 32.7834' N -77° 21.5354' W; running southerly to a point 34° 32.5351' N -77° 21.5400' W; running westerly to a point 34° 32.5365' N -77° 21.6362' W on the shore south of New River Marina.

(e) Bayshore Marina and Racquet Club – All those waters within Bayshore Marina and extending beyond the dockage facilities 400 feet beginning at a point 34° 32.4894' N -77° 22.2870' W on the shore west of the marina; running southeasterly to a point 34° 32.3939' N -77° 22.2564' W; running northeasterly to a point 34° 32.4436' N -77° 22.0406' W; running northwesterly to a point 34° 32.5277' N -77° 22.0669' W on the shore east of the marina.

(f) All those waters within the canal leading to Bayshore Restaurant and extending beyond the dockage facilities 400 feet beginning at a point 34° 32.5185’ N -77° 22.0223’ W on the shore west of the canal entrance; running southerly to a point 34° 32.4935’ N -77° 22.0293’ W; running southeasterly to a point 34° 32.4755’ N -77° 21.9586’ W; running northeasterly to a point 34° 32.5015’ N -77° 21.9450’ W on the shore east of the canal entrance.

(g) Galleon Bay- All those waters in Galleon Bay upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 34° 30.9655’ N -77° 22.4926 ’ W on the west shore; running easterly to a point 34° 31.0010’ N -77° 22.4016’ W on the east shore.

(h) Galleon Bay Canal - All those waters within Galleon Bay canal and extending 275 feet from the last dockage space beginning at a point 34° 31.0657' N -77° 22.2362' W on shore west of the canal entrance; running northerly to a point 34° 31.0952' N -77° 22.2356' W in the sound; running easterly to a point 34° 31.0938' N -77° 22.1279' W in the sound; running southerly to a point 34° 31.0715' N -77° 22.1283' W on the shore east of the canal entrance.

(i) Chadwick Acres Canal - All those waters within Chadwick Acres canal and extending 275 feet from the last dockage space beginning at a point 34° 30.8236' N -77° 23.1996' W on shore west of the canal entrance; running southeasterly to a point 34° 30.7965' N -77° 23.1813' W in the sound; running northeasterly to a point 34° 30.8316' N -77° 23.1053' W in the sound; running northwesterly to a point 34° 30.8551' N -77° 23.1211' W on the shore east of the canal entrance.

(42) STUMP SOUND AREA (Map 42)

(a) Spicer Bay /Kings Creek - All those waters in Spicer Bay bordered on the northwest by a straight line beginning at a point 34° 28.8745’ N -77° 29.1142’ W on the north shore; running southwesterly to a point 34° 28.7056’ N -77° 29.2413’ W on the south shore of the bay near the ICWW.

(b) Old SettlersCanals – All those waters bounded on the east by a line beginning at a point 34° 27.4052’ N -77° 31.0319’ W on the west shore of the creek; running southeasterly to a point 34° 27.3702’ N -77° 30.9250’ W; running southwesterly to a point 34° 27.2576’ N -77° 31.0360’ W; running southeasterly parallel to the shoreline to a point 34° 26.9310’ N -77° 30.7761’ W; and bounded on the west by a straight line beginning at a point 34° 26.7422’ N -77° 31.4502’ W on the north shore of the creek; running southeasterly to a point 34° 26.7252’ N -77° 31.4191’ W on the south shore of the creek.

(c) All Watersupstream of a line beginning at a point 34° 25.8383’ N -77° 32.9582’ W near Hwy. 210 Bridge at Surf City; running southwesterly to a point 34° 25.7546’ N -77° 33.0069’ W across the Bay.

(d) Rogers Bay – All those waters in Rogers Bay south of a line beginning at a point 34° 29.4441’ N -77° 27.1942’ W on the west shore of the entrance to the bay; running easterly to a point 34° 29.4491’ N -77° 27.1734’ W on the east shore of the entrance to the bay; following the shoreline in a northeasterly direction to a point 34° 29.7037' N -77° 26.5495' W; running easterly to a point 34° 29.7061' N -77° 26.5371' W; following the shoreline in a northeasterly direction to a point 34° 29.9270' N -77° 25.8226' W; running northeasterly to a point 34° 29.9328' N -77° 25.8171' W near the North Topsail Beach High Rise Bridge; to include all of Rogers Bay, and associated mosquito ditches and tributaries.

(e) Turkey Creek – All those waters of Turkey Creek upstream of a straight line beginning at a point 34° 29.2313’ N -77° 28.3547’ W on the west shore; running northeasterly to a point 34° 29.5645’ N -77° 27.7747’ W on the east shore.

(f) All those waterswithin the most southwestern portion of the banks side of Stump Sound south of a straight line beginning at a point 34° 25.8987' N -77° 32.8859’ W east of the Hwy. 210 Bridge at Surf City; running southeasterly to a point 34° 25.8175' N -77° 32.6189' W on the point of marsh; running northeasterly to a point 34° 25.8545' N -77° 32.5496' N on the shore of the peninsula, to include the waters near the marina formerly named Beach House Marina.

(g) Batts Mill Creek – All those waters of Batts Mill Creek beginning at a point 34° 27.5679’ N -77° 31.7831’ W on the shore north of the creek; running southerly to a point 34° 27.3324’ N -77° 31.8462’ W; running westerly to a point 34° 27.2930’ N -77° 32.1528’ W on the shore south of the creek.

(h) Sears Landing Area – All those waters northeast of a straight line beginning at a point 34° 25.9756’ N -77° 33.2248’ W on the north shore of Topsail Sound adjacent to a mainland area southwest of Hwy. 210 near the Surf City Bridge; running southeasterly to a point 34° 25.9000’ N -77° 33.0138’ W near the northern entrance to the Surf City Bridge.

(i) Waters Bay – All those waters within Waters Bay between Goat Island and the mainland, bordered on the northeast by a straight line beginning at a point 34° 26.3452’ N -77° 32.8068’ W on the north shore; running southerly to a point 34° 26.2367’ N -77° 32.7632’ W on the northeast tip of Goat Island; bordered on the southwest by a straight line beginning at a point 34° 25.9688 ‘ N -77° 32.9650’ W on the southwest point of Goat Island; running southerly to a point 34° 25.9213’ N -77° 32.9805’ W just north of the Hwy. 210 Bridge at Surf City.

(j) Redds Cove – All those waterswithin Redds Cove upstream of a line beginning at a point 34° 28.2809’ N -77° 30.3691’ W on the west shore; running easterly across the canal mouth to a point 34° 28.2836’ N -77° 30.3596’ W on the east shore.
