All those waters between Beacon "89", near Ocean Isle, and the South Carolina State Line, to include the Tubbs Inlet area.
All those waters in the Intracoastal Waterway at Holden Beach between Beacon “71”, near Shallotte River, and Fl. Beacon “48A”, near Lockwoods Folly Inlet.
All those waters between IWW Marker “139”, near Whiskey Creek, and IWW Beacon “32” near Lockwoods Folly River, to include Cape Fear River and Myrtle Grove Sound.
GENERAL INFORMATION: A. This proclamation is issued under the authority of N.C.G.S. 113-170.4; 113-170.5; 113-182; 113-221.1; 143B-289.52 and N.C. Marine Fisheries Commission Rules 15A NCAC 03H. 0103 and 03K .0101.
B. It is unlawful to violate the provisions of any proclamation issued by the N.C. Fisheries Director under his delegated authority pursuant to N.C. Marine Fisheries Commission Rule 15A NCAC 03H .0103.
C. This proclamation returns the following areas to normal closure boundaries: A portion of Middle Sound, Pages Creek, a portion of Topsail Sound, Old Topsail Creek, Virginia Creek, a portion of Stump Sound, Everett Bay, Turkey Creek, Alligator Bay, White Oak River, Bogue Sound, a portion of Newport River, Broad Creek, Orchard Creek, Pungo River, Spencer Bay, Rose Bay, a portion of Swanquarter Bay, Juniper Bay, West Bluff Bay, East Bluff Bay, a portion of Wysocking Bay, and a portion of Long Shoal River.
D. These reopenings are due to satisfactory bacteriological sampling results.
