Ocean Fishing Pier License

The Ocean Fishing Pier License is an annual license which allows piers to charge the public to fish. The pier owner/manager must have a fish dealer’s license to buy bait from licensed fishermen or to catch and sell bait to the public; purchase of an ocean fishing pier license no longer automatically includes a fish dealer license. A Marine Patrol officer must certify length of pier prior to a license being issued.

$.50 per linear foot

June 30 of each year
