Oysters Orville A favorite recipe of Black Pelican Restaurant

4 cups baby spinach, chopped
1 ½ cups swiss cheese, shredded
¾ cup prosciutto di parma ham, small diced
2 dozen oysters, on half shell
Preheat oven to 450° F. Mix spinach, swiss cheese, and ham together. Place oysters on baking sheet. Top the oysters with the mixture. Bake in oven for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
