Land Quality Mission
- To allow development within our State while preventing pollution by sedimentation.
- To prevent property damage, personal injury and loss of life from the failure of dams.
- To provide for the mining of mineral resources while ensuring the usefulness, productivity and scenic value of all lands and waters of our State.
