Partnership Program

Vision:

To develop a program to carry the DENR Partnership Program to new heights of excellence.

Partnership Program Objective:

To train and develop the division HRM in the technical aspects of Human Resources (HR), to encourage excellence in HR program delivery, and to enhance the roles of the DENR HR staff.

Delegation Objective:

To develop a process by which specific HR functions can be delegated to division HRM while enhancing excellence and efficiency.
