LMS Frequently Asked Questions

Please submit initial requests for support to your division’s LMS Administrator. Additionally please note the helpful information regarding issues below.

Online course will not change to "Complete" status

The course must be completed in its entirety by the learner. Or, if the course has been completed, please contact the course's instructor and request that they update the course roster and submit it as complete.

Online course will not open 

Your division ITS Consultant or the DENR ITS Solution Center by initially submitting a DOTS ticket at:
http://portal.ncdenr.org/group/its/

Computer related problems: pop ups, no audio, window unable to launch, etc.

Single-Sign-On Error

Please initially review the Guide to Addressing the Single-Sign-On Error Message

Learning Tab not showing in BEACON

Manager-Employee relationship is inaccurate in the LMS

Contact the division’s HR unit, as the position actions to update the organizational unit is updated in BEACON by the Division HR unit.
