EMPLOYEE RELATIONS

Our goal is to relate to all DENR employees -- supervisors and non-supervisors. We believe that the single most important asset of DENR is its employees! In order for DENR to achieve its mission of protecting and preserving North Carolina’s natural resources, as an organization, we must first protect and preserve our human resources. DENR is committed to providing its employees a healthful work environment that encourages participation and cooperation.

The Employee Relations Section of Human Resources is dedicated to strengthening the work environment by offering assistance and programs that will enhance working relationships between and among employees and their supervisors.
