The 2010-11 Annual Report now online at the N.C. Ecosystem Enhancement Program web portal includes both a litany of new initiatives undertaken by EEP, and a fond farewell.

The report also recognizes the contributions of founding EEP Director Bill Gilmore, who retired in 2011 after eight years at the helm.
