Also, EEP is today issuing a courtesy reminder that proposals for the current round of Requests for Proposals for Full Delivery Projects are scheduled to be opened on Oct. 4, 2011. In order for a firm's proposal to be considered, please ensure that you do the following:
1. Read the RFP in its entirety and comply with all instructions, requirements, terms and conditions in the RFP, including but not limited to the following:
a. Submit your sealed technical proposal and sealed cost proposal prior to the scheduled opening date and time (see page 1 of RFP).
b. Submit the original and the correct number of copies of your proposal (see Section 1 of RFP).
c. Verify that the firm submitting the proposal attended the mandatory pre-proposal conference (see page 2 of RFP).
d. Submit the original signed execution page and include it in the binder with your technical proposal (see Section 12 of RFP).
e. Print, review, comply and sign all Addendums, and include them in the binder with your technical proposal (see Section 12 of RFP).
f. Label the front of each sealed proposal envelope and/or package as indicated in Section 12, Technical Proposal Format and Content.
g. Carefully read Section 12, Technical Proposal Format and Content and submit your sealed technical proposal in the format outlined.
2. Direct all inquiries concerning the RFP in writing to the person named on page 1 of the RFP. Communication with any other person is prohibited (see page 1 of the RFP).
