The Local Government Technical Assistance Group is a unique team of analysts with solid waste and recycling backgrounds in both the public and private sectors. Their knowledge and experience enables them to suggest ways to improve overall program performance.

Solid Waste and Materials Management Annual Reports

Each year, all local governments in North Carolina are required to submit a Solid Waste and Materials Management Annual Report. Copies of local government annual reports from previous years are not yet available for downloading, however, if you need assistance obtaining past report forms please contact at 919-707-8139.

Local Government and Solid Waste Facility Report Form

Click here to obtain a copy of the current Annual Facilities and Report Forms. Each year all local governments in solid waste managed facilities with a permit must submit a report. Fiscal Year reporting cycles start July 1.
