In 2005, House Bill 1518 was ratified to require holders of certain Alcohol Beverage Commission permits by January 2008 to implement recycling efforts for beverage containers sold on premises. The bill further provides a disposal ban on these materials. Click on the links below to learn more about the legislation and recycling options for ABC permit holders.
