Performance contracting is a method of financing, designing and building major projects that have a return on investment in avoided utility costs. It provides a way to replace obsolete and inefficient equipment using guaranteed utility savings to pay for the project. Beaufort County Community College has issued an RFP for a performance contract to be performed on 13 buildings in Washington, N.C. The following Issuing Officer is the sole point of contact for the RFP:
A mandatory pre-proposal Meeting will be conducted by Beaufort County Community College on October 22, 2015, at the BCCC campus (address above) in building 1 Room 104 at 10 AM. Any questions should be directed to Issuing Officer listed above.
