The Express permitting option offers a more timely review of certain environmental permits than the traditional permit review process. Environmental Assistance Center
The Department of Environment and Natural Resources' new Environmental Assistance Center is a customer-focused program providing technical assistance and guidance through regulatory, permitting and compliance processes as well as help in reducing overall environmental impacts. The Center serves as a single point of contact for our customers and is a liaison between the customer and the regulatory agencies to improve customer satisfaction. Small Business Assistance
The Small Business Environmental Assistance Program focuses on the needs of small businesses – those who are frequently affected by environmental rules but lack the expertise and money needed to hire someone who could guide them through the regulatory, permitting and compliance process.This program provides free, confidential and non-regulatory assistance to small businesses on air quality and other regulatory requirements.
