NDZs multiply in coastal N.C.
Brunswick and Pender counties have recently joined New Hanover County in instituting a No Discharge Zone in their coastal waters. Please seethis map for the location of No Discharge Zones in these counties. For more information on boating in NDZs, visit DCM’sClean Marina webpage.

Hurricane season begins next month
Hurricane season is June 1 through November 30. This year, weather forecasters at Colorado State University are predicting an above-average hurricane season, with 16 named storms in the Atlantic.
