Wilmington District:

L.C. Lynch, Brunswick County, violation of the terms and conditions of CAMA Minor Development Permit No. 2009-035 by constructing the decking around the pool in excess of the authorized 6' in width; constructing decking in excess of the authorized 500 sq.ft.; enclosing the ground level of the structure and placing unapproved material on the ground level consequently increasint the total floor area above the authorized 2,000 sq.ft.; and constructing a fireplace waterward of the 60' Ocean Hazard setback within the Ocean Hazard AEC adjacent to the Atlantic Ocean.

Elizabeth City District:

Deann Toplak, Currituck County, unauthorized major development by constructing a davit system which enroaches into the riparian corridor and the installation of a concrete slab within 30' of the normal high water level within the Coastal Shoreline adjacent to the Currituck Sound.

John Kesler, Camden County, unauthorized minor development by constructing an enclosed and roofed structure within 30' of the normal high water level adjacent to the Albemarle Sound.

Murray Clark, Dare County, unauthorized major development and violation of the State's dredge and fill law by excavating and filling in Coastal Wetlands within 75' of the NWL.

Washington District:

Michael Hodges, Tyrrell County, unauthorized major development and violation of the State's dredge and fill law by conducting maintenance excavation of a man-made canal bottom and placement of the resultant spoils within the Estuarine Waters, Public Trust Area, and Coastal Shoreline AECs within waters contiguous to the Alligator River.
