Mark Sammartino and Tom Davis (contractor, T.J. Davis Jr. General Contracting), Carteret County, unauthorized major development by constructing a wooden ramp and platform to an existing pier within the Coastal Waters AEC adjacent to Adams Creek.

Patrick Frost and Robbie Webb (contractor), Carteret County, unauthorized major development by installing pilings and creating boat slips to an existing pier within the Estuarine Waters and Public Trust Area AECs in Adams Creek.

Washington District:

Robert Sevila and David Everett Jr. (contractor), Beaufort County, violation of the terms and conditions of Minor CAMA Development Permit No. 06-09 by constructing a new single family residence inconsistent with the approved location within the Coastal Shoreline AEC adjacent to the Pamlico River.

Adrian Vargas, Beaufort County, unauthorized major development by constructing a boat house and additional docking slips not authorized by State Permit No. 50815B and constructing a second story use on the top level of the boat house within the Estuarine Waters and Public Trust Area AECs in the Pamlico River.

Bryan Salter, Hertford County, unauthorized major development and violation of the State's dredge and fill law by failing to install sedimentation and erosion control measures associated with State Permit No. 52825-B allowing filling to occur within the Estuarine Waters and Public Trust Area AECs in the Chowan River.

Circle Grove Assoc. (c/o Marian Keech, Trustee), Beaufort County, unauthorized major development and violation of the State's dredge and fill law by excavating of drainage ditch bottoms and placing earthen spoil material in Public Trust Area, Estuarine Waters, Coastal Shoreline, and Coastal Waters AECs contiguous to Pungo Creek.

Forest York and Bonney Construction (c/o Brian Bonney), Beaufort County, violation of the terms and conditions of State Permit No. 53516-B by conducting mechanized land clearing beyond the extents authorized by permit and the approved site plan within the Estuarine Shoreline AEC adjacent to Pungo Creek.

WF Holdings Oak Island, LLC (c/o Bryon Nelson) and Moore Development of NC, Inc. Village of Bald Head Island (c/o Calvin Peck) and Norfolk Dredging (c/o Mike Haverty), Brunswick County, unauthorized major development and violation of the State's dredge and fill law by pipeline trenching the bottom substrate of waters contiguous to the Atlantic Ocean within the Estuarine Waters and Public Trust Area AECs while performing work authorized under State Permit No.67-09.

Stanley Bunch, Chowan County, unauthorized major development and violation of the State's dredge and fill law by placing concrete and masonry debris in non-coastal wetlands within 30' of the normal high water level of the Chowan River and within the Coastal Shoreline AEC.

Steven Lewis, Currituck County, violation of the terms and conditions of State Permit No.56-08 by constructing a brick paver patio within non-coastal wetlands and not consistent with the approved permit plat in the Coastal Shoreline AEC adjacent to Quarter Hog Creek.

Surles Freeman Jr., Carteret County, unauthorized minor development by placing gravel fill material within the Coastal Shoreline AEC adjacent to the White Oak River.

Larry Wood, Carteret County, unauthorized major development by constructing a pier platform not authorized by State Permit No. 52175-C within the Estuarine Waters and Public Trust Area AECs in Bogue Sound.

Bayview Harbor Marina Inc. (c/o Harvey Nelson), Carteret County, unauthorized major development and violation of the State's dredge and fill law by placing concrete debris and earthen fill material within coastal wetlands in the Coastal Wetlands, Estuarine Waters and Public Trust Area AECs in Westmouth Bay.

Charles Zwerling, Carteret County, unauthorized minor development by constructing a retaining wall and a covered porch within the Ocean Erodible Area AEC adjacent to the Atlantic Ocean.

Victor McConneil, Carteret County, unauthorized major development by placing a floating platform within the man-made canal contiguous with Bogue Sound in the Estuarine Waters and Public Trust Area AECs.

William Furlough, Perquiimans County, unauthorized minor development by placing unconsolidated earthen fill material within 30' of the NWL and construction of a retaining wall within 75' of the NWL within the Coastal Shoreline AEC adjacent to the Albemarle Sound.

E.E. White, Perquimans County, unauthorized minor development by filling and grading within 75' of the NWL in the PTS AEC adjacent the Perquimans River.

North Duck Water Sports Inc. Hillery Honeycutt, Pender County, unauthorized major development by installing a floating jet ski dock adjacent to an existing pier within the Estuarine Waters and Public Trust Area AECs in the Banks Channel.

Tony Powell and Kennth Howard, Brunswick County, violation of the terms and conditions of State Permit No. 51302 by constructing the floating platform larger than authorized, exceeding 1/4 the width of the waterbody, and constructing an additional floating dock adjacent to the authorized fixed platform within the Estuarine Waters and Public Trust Area AECs in Sauce Pan Creek.
