Coastal Hazards & Storm Information

Hurricane season is June 1 through November 31

Visit the National Hurricane Center's Hurricane Preparedness web site to learn about the hazards of hurricanes and what you can do to help protect yourself, your family, and your property.

If you're in an area that is evacuated as a storm approaches, LEAVE YOUR HOUSE. Go to a hurricane shelter. Don't risk your life!

Emergency General Permit - Hurricane Irene
