Baseline Actual to Projected Actual Examples

The use of baseline actual emissions to projected actual emissions is authorized under the current non-SIP approved version of the NCDAQ PSD regulation at 15A NCAC 2D .0530. The following document provides some examples of how this calculation can be performed. This document is for provided for pedacogical purposes only and is not binding on either the NCDAQ or any outside entity.
