DAQ Administration

The administration section is broken down into three (3) branches:

Director's Office
is responsible for the Division of Air Quality's overall management and decision-making as well as its dealings with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, the General Assembly and other state and federal agencies. The DAQ's director is Sheila Holman. The Deputy Director of DAQ is Mike Abraczinskas.

Business Office
is responsible for the division's budget, personnel, employee training and safety, central files, and information technology. The chief business officer is Charles Valrie.

Public Affairs
is responsible for dealing with the news media and the general public, writing and editing the division's publications and press releases, preparing graphic material for publications and presentations, and overseeing the content of the division's web site. The DAQ's public information officer is Tom Mather.
