Monitoring Workshops

A series of workshops will be structured to develop priorities among local scientists and other researchers, managers, policy makers, and citizens on how ecological monitoring should be targeted to best support APNEP indicator tracking for the CCMP ecosystem outcomes. Workshops will be theme-based (e.g., estuarine waters, uplands) and topics will include one or more of the following: policy questions to be addressed, technical questions to support policy, indicator selection, monitoring design (coverage, frequency, technology, and cost-to-information calculations), and monitoring funding.
