Invasive Species Rapid AssessmentThis project will develop the protocol for Rapid Assessment Surveys (RAS) of invasive species in the estuary. Similar efforts nationwide typically engage a team of researchers to sample and identify organisms in the estuary. The species of interest include introduced or invasive fouling organisms, macroinvertebrates, fish, and aquatic plants. This project is the subject of a client-based research project with Duke University. |
