This study will examine various policy approaches that have been developed to support ecosystem-based management efforts in the United States. Recommendations will be offered regarding potential legislative or policy tools that can enhance APNEP’s ability to lead ecosystem-based management efforts. This project is the subject of a client-based research project with Duke University.
