Improving Customer Service
DENR IT created a feedback survey for our customers to complete related to Help Desk (DOTS) tickets. The survey is attached to DOTS related emails. In just a few months, we have collected more than 1,000 responses. See the below chart for Resolution Satisfaction.
In addition to the Survey Feedback results tab, DENR ITS now tracks a 6-month trend as well as all Open Ticket (with multiple filter views). Check out the below dashboards.
