Help Desk Survey & Results
DENR ITS created a feedback survey for our customers to complete related to Help Desk (DOTS) tickets. The survey is attached to DOTS related emails. As of March, 2014, DENR ITS have collected more than 1,200 responses.

Submit a Help Request to the DENR ITS Solution Center
To submit a help request or question to the Solution Center, please use the form below. Please clearly summarize your question, and if necessary, use the box marked "Description of Problem" to provide more details regarding the issue. The Solution Center will respond to your request either by email or phone.
When you submit your request, a confirmation email with a Help Desk Issue Number will be sent to the email address associated with your NCID account. You may optionally reply to the confirmation email with any additional attachments that may further describe your request.
