Under the requirements of Session Law 2011-343, the N.C. Ecosystem Enhancement Program pre-qualifies contractors for the construction of projects implemented through the Design-Bid-Build (Capital Project) program. Consistent with the practices of the N.C. State Construction Office, contractors are pre-qualified on a project-by-project basis. Information pertaining to the project pre-qualifications is provided in the table below.
